The service of registering a new offshore company with RAK using TWS Legal Consultants was an unexpected experience. I had been meaning to draw up my will for a long time. As an expat, my worry has been (as possibly it has been for many other expats) about what might befall my spouse in the event something untoward were to happen to me. After procrastinating for a long time, mainly because I did not know which legal firm to trust, I was advised to get in touch with TWS. My experience with TWS was excellent. The best part was that they did not try to push or rush me into drawing up the will. They also offered me non-legal alternatives such repatriating most of my funds to my home country keeping a minimal amount here. Once TWS was convinced that I was serious about my will and my reasons for doing so were valid, they went ahead. My contact person was Mr. Farakh Ahmad who guided me through the whole process. After the draft will was drawn up, he was available to answer my queries and doubts. The final step was getting the will registered at the DIFC for which as well Mr. Ahmad accompanied me and got it done. My experience with TWS has been very satisfying and I would have no hesitation in recommending their services.

I used TWS at the recommendation of 2 different people (a friend and a business colleague). On doing so I very much appreciated the speed, expertise and professionalism with which TWS and my key contact Farakh took up, managed and executed the preparation of my DIFC Will which was requested and done at very short notice. I used the "fast track" service as I wanted it done prior to an operation. The end to end process from 1st meeting to a completed and registered Will at DIFC (including a notarized POA for our property) took only 3 working days.
