I had an accident with my Car and was sent to ROVER AUTO CENTRE as per my insurance. Mr.ASIF handled my case at Rover. I found him professional, polite, well informed. He explained the process and kept to his word on quality of work and timing.

I had an accident with my Range Rover and was sent to ROVER AUTO CENTRE by my insurance. A Mr. Mohamed Ehsan handled my case at Rover. I found him professional, polite, well informed. He explained the process and kept to his word on quality of work and timing. I had additionally asked for a full car polish in addition to the body work (not covered by insurance). To be honest not only my car was fixed perfectly but it was the quality of polish was better than what I had previously received at the dealer. The car was delivered inside and outside in perfect condition, cleaned, covered in plastic well presented etc. Great job, well done.

They did very good job with my car, took one day longer even tho I asked them twice before bringing my car how many days they need and twice they said max 3 days. Normally I'd give them 5 stars if they did it on time but next day it was raining and cuz me aotnof trouble.

Extremely professional and amazingly fast service. I interacted with “Mr Manu” & Mr Nandu. Mr Manu is the guy who sits right infront of the opening gate. i must mention the way he responded and kept his word on car delivery timeline. He kept me posted on insurance approval process and delivered the car as committed. After seeing the shine on my car I was completely overwhelmed. My experience with Rover auto Center went awesomely great just because of Mr Manu & Nandu. Please look for him if ever visit for any car service in rover auto care. writing this lengthy review just coz Iam extremely happy, car is an emotion for men and you guys literally did amazing job on my car. I have been returning to Rober Auto Centre for the third time, first tike being lucky that my Insurance cover sent me here. I requested Major engine works for Mercedes and other electric issues and Arjun has been very cooperative and has gone out of the way to make sure the work is done as soon as possible and I face no delays, not forgetting that that work done was perfect.

The Service Advisor, Abhijith was very professional and ensured the car is returned on time. Although he informed me that the brake pads need replacement and also some minor works are needed he ensured me that the car can be driven for another 5000 Kms and then we change it.
