I came on Friday and the reception was great…. But when it was my turn on the counter Mr. Khalid Mohammed was the super friendly and polite person he was extremely fast and accurate and he explained the process in detail that is short but highly informative. I wish him the best

Morning 7:00AM -12:00 pm will be the best time to visit.After the area will get crowded.The procedures at checking area is fast.They have two lanes and efficient employees to make it happen. Friendly atmosphere, provides easy access to all services. I'am somewhat disappointed about the police help desk inside. They are helpful and will sort-out all issues regarding ur vehicle or its permit.But am sure they will make u sit there long time.
