A. N.If we analyze all the reviews, it becomes evident that a significant number of customers are expressing dissatisfaction, and their concerns are valid.
Indeed, the establishment appears to be experiencing overcrowding due to an insufficient number of agents. It is pertinent to mention that I personally encountered a two-hour delay in addressing a maintenance issue related to a previously scheduled appointment.
On the other hand, I had a very positive experience with all the employees there. They genuinely tried to assist me as much as possible, and I could sense how pressured they were while attempting to provide help and maintain smooth service.
I would like to express my gratitude to the following individuals by name:
- Mrs. Nada and Mrs. Suhaila from the reception
- Mr. Khalid Abuwarda, the service representative
- Mr. Muhammad, Mr. Suhail, and Mr. Roshan from the paint and technical department
These individuals made every effort to provide genuine assistance within their capabilities. Although I was quite frustrated by the extended wait time and certain other factors, I am compelled to acknowledge their efforts and award the establishment a positive rating solely based on their contributions.
I sincerely hope that Al-Futtaim administration will take into consideration all the concerns raised by myself and other customers.
