I recently had a not so good experience with your other branch that I had to drive all the way across the city to go to the Dubai Mall branch. I was fortunate to be assisted by Liezel, she went above and beyond figuring out the issue of my transaction which she was able to resolve in a jiffy. What I love about my experience with her is that she didn't leave me hanging and helpless. I'd definitely recommend that you do your transaction with this branch and try to look for Liezel.

I tried your Western Union by Al Fardan 'app' late last year it was a DISASTER! I called your office I was sent from pillar to post back and forth! Then I met Mr Ehab in Dubai Mall!! What 6 people from head office, contact centre agents, endless phone calls and emails back and forth like a tennis match and an urgent remittance lost in the middle couldn't fix, MR EHAB in Dubai Mall, fixed in the space a few minutes! I don't talk to anyone else but Mr Ehab in Dubai Mall, the man is a star, listens, understands and offers A SOLUTION TO THE PROBLEM, not just excuses of why things went wrong and all done with a big; friendly smile under a shiny bald head! Such positive energy! You're lucky to have him.... You should take him out of the branch and make him train the rest of the company, right up to the senior management. He's a living example of how to do it right! Superman! Most of the other staff are friendly enough but Mr Ehab listens patiently, and solves problems! He thinks outside the box! It seems as though common sense is not so common.. Well done Mr Ehab! See you soon in the Dubai Mall..
