I took a loan from DIB , so my account was blocked as i changed my company recently. I was told to meet the collection officer and submit my new company documents to the collection officer. When i arrived , it was already a huge crowd and waiting list. Fortunately, the collection office mr AMR was very swift and quick. Getting a blocked account opened can be a hassle, but I did not have to wait for a long time. MR AMR helped me big time, and i would like to thank him for helping me sort out my bank issues so quickly. By the time i arrived home, my bank account was open. The main issue there was no parking. There is a big space for paid parking but almost everything was occupied. Maybe i was unaware about the banks parking.

All your bank related challenges are solved here with ease. The entry is very disciplined with submissions of your EID card..against which ur issued entry access cards. Then u go to the concerned level ( I had work in the 1st floor) Two thorough gentlemen Mr Amr n Mr Syed helped me out of my situation. Also the gentleman on 1st floor who issues the numbering tickets was so helpful. Allah bless these men. The front desk people( the men at the reception) need to be a bit more cheerful n courteous...they are there day in day out...but a person with a bank issue is visiting the bank with a purpose..be kind to him or her...as they have come there because they /have or had a rough patch. In case there are not confident speakers.. then they should be even more forthcoming. There is a neat prayer room too for women...just in the ground floor.
