E. A.The best part of the experience here was the friendliness of the staff. They managed to make the stay feel homey and pleasant. Jill at the reception of Tower 3 was always helpful always friendly and ready to assist us for any of our queries. The fact that she spoke with such respect and positive energy it made our day when going or coming back.
Ali who helped us with our bags when we arrived greeted us well and was always there to help is grab a taxi or assist us bringing our bags to our room.
Apart from the ground staff i really became friends with our cleaning staff, Birpal and Suresh. From day 1 they were very thorough and professional but also were trustworthy and caring. They would make sure to clean every corner without needing to be told or asked. They always did a great job and also very punctual. They both are extremely hardworking people. They're respectful and honest and just overall great people. It would be my delight to speak with them and always get a happy attitude. In the last 8 months i have never needee to complain or ask for anything as they always were at the top of their game. The staff makes the hotel residence experience worth it.
