The showroom is good with nice people around. Please speed up the work and small issues in cars no need to hold for days to analyse.

Highly professional team of service advisors, technicians and parts salesmen with very fast turnaround times (I usually drop my car off in the morning on my way to work and its ready for collection by the time I'm getting off work). They have an Open garage concept for the service area with car lifts in each service advisor's bay. This is excellent since its easy to show the service advisors any issue in the underbody of the vehicle (oil leaks, condition of bushings, etc.). The waiting area is clean with lots of seating available and is connected directly to the showroom. The parts department is behind the showroom. The parts department is located behind the showroom. They usually have most parts in stock, or will be able to arrange for it within a couple of days. Prices are reasonable. They have a free shuttle bus service to Sharjah city center and also have coupons for Sharjah Taxis.

I took my car with a fear of having too much to spend for an engine sound problem..But I am really surprised of their faster service also finding they aren't that much expensive. Nevertheless you get peace of mind and value for your spend. Altayer service is worth full., I would definitely suggest any one having ford vehicle.

Went on an Must need day without an appointment , Very good guidance from the Staffs, Good reception, Nice Explanation of the Issue and most importantly they fixed the car well with in the agreed time-frame. Very Professional. Planning to Schedule my future Regular Services with them.

Worst Body shop staff. They want to charge me 750AeD just to give me a quotation for repair. The showroom is amazing with a good staff. I have bough 2 mustangs from here. But you are better off going to the dubai branch for body shop or service needs. Do no recommend their sharjah branch for this type of work in competent staff. For a place thats was empty the staff dint want to work. Thank you.

First:they told me they will give me a FULL diagnosis for my car, after 2 days they called me to tell me they need more money and an approval from me to open the engine for an internal diagnosis and that the first one was just an external diagnosis Second: They gave me an appointment after two weeks, and when I went there I thought they will check the car while I’m there but I discovered that I’m only there to drop my car, so I had to live without my car for three days... Third: they follow a specific procedure to diagnose the problem, while an expert could use his experience to go directly to the point, it took them 9 days in total and it costed me 2500 AED to discover that the problem is in the Exhaust and it’s sensors Now after I got the diagnosis I am looking for a good mechanic to fix my car using this diagnosis and I hope that this is a correct diagnosis

Large showroom, almost all Ford cars are represented. There is a used car department. The staff is quite polite and friendly, they told us about the car we were interested in and the current promotions (quite interesting). Nice car dealership with good cars and staff.
