I just brought a 2020 model Mitsubishi ASX, from EMAM used cars in Sharjah. This was the first time I dealt with any used cars dealers here in UAE, hence was a bit skeptical initially. The EMAM used cars proprietor Mr. Emam Hossain and his team members, especially Mr. Sharafat, changed my perception by the way they supported me through the process. I was really impressed by the transparency since they even showed me the photographs of previous accident on the said car. I am giving a 4 star rating for the buying experience. I took the delivery only on yesterday and drove the car for 50 kms only. I suggest 2 improvement points to EMAM used cars. 1. It would be great if you provide number plate frames as complementary. 2. A thorough pre-delivery inspection should improve the customer experience(My car tyre pressure was low while taking delivery. My best wishes to the EMAM Used Cars. Tr. LLC, and wish all success to Mr. EMAM Hussain and his team. I took my delivery only on yesterday, will write a review on the vehicle after driving it for a week.
