I have mixed feelings about this company. Alysa Ashley served us at the Abu Dhabi airport. First, she told us a specific rental price, which we agreed to and paid a refundable deposit (by debit card). After paying the deposit, she told us that the rental price was 10% higher and that she had made a mistake in the previous calculation. When I wanted to speak to a manager she told us she was the manager and she wouldn't call anyone else and she were a bit arrogant. Considering it was almost midnight, we only had a debit card and an already paid refundable deposit, we had no choice and had to accept her terms in the end. In any case, a very bitter experience for us and a very bad brand for this company. On the other hand, it should be mentioned that the car was reliable and drove us everywhere we needed for 10 days. Just in case, when we returned the vehicle at the airport, we videotaped everything on our cellphones to have proof in case untrustworthy behavior wasn't just Alysa Aschley's, but the company standard. In any case, the handover of the car went very smoothly, with all willingness and trust. After 30 days from the return, we received all the money back as agreed in the contract. We conclude from this that we would probably choose this company again in the next case and we hope that we will not meet someone like their manager of the airport branch in Abu Dhabi again.

Despite my fear to rent a car, I was totaly surprised in a good was with Dollar. They change free of charge my regular car with a SUV. Also they answer to all my request. Security deposit was refund second day. WOW! Definetly I will rent again from you.

June thinks out of the box to ensure 100% satisfaction rate from his customers, I was having issue trying and fit my bags in the rented car and he offered to support by taking some of them in advance so I can return my car headache free ans drive to drop only the car to cat h my fight. It was the best experience ever, great price, great customer service and best of all, they give a great monthly rate. Good cars, good staff. They have new cars, mostly 2023 models with less mileage than you would expect from a rental. The prices are a bit on the higher side, but totally worth every dollar (pun intended). Two times I've rented from Dollar and both experiences were great. Nida Khan and the rest of thestaff at the Airport outlet is helpful and friendly.

I arrived last night to collect my pre-booked rental car. There was a queue and the desk was understaffed. However, because I had coordinated with Ms. Nida earlier in the day to prepare the contract agreement documents, I did not have to wait long to collect my car and drive away. Very efficient and helpful service from Ms. Nida and much appreciate it. But I note that if you were to just turn up at the counter at midnight to collect a car there can be a long waiting line.

It was my first time renting with Dollar and I can say it won't be the last. In fact, I have already made my next booking. The car I chose and got was fabulous. Friendly staff, great car prices. If you drop off a car and get a taxi back to your hotel (for exampke). Don't use the airport taxi rank, as the fare is a standard 25 AED before you start your journey. Instead go downstairs into the Premier Inn and get a taxi from their lobby, no 25 AED charge.

Hello. I rented a car from the company for five days. They delivered it cleanly. They didn't force it at all when taking it again. Delivery and return took at most 15 minutes. Everything will be better if the guarantee is delivered in a short time. I will edit again
