Well, booked and got a very good car. Why 3 stars? Checkin process takes super long and lots of the information given during the booking process are asked again. If this is optimized i will definitely rate better

Enam and Doaa are super friendly and knowledgeable. The rental experience is very nice and smooth because of them, thank you. The cars in general are clean and not too old. Would recommend Hertz in general and Enam and Doaa specifically.

Ayman was very helpful! I came to the office without a booking and without an idea about what I wanted. Ayman helped guide me, he was detailed, professional, and helpful. He took his time to help me and explain everything. The car was delivered to me the next morning, the service was fast and courteous. The car was clean, new, and in great shape for a decent price. I definitely recommend this place! The other car rental companies I visited were not clean and did not take the time out to help. I wasn’t willing to rent from anyone except Hertz due to their service and cleanliness. Thank you Ayman

Wanted to return car, but well the outlet wasn't even there anymore to return car! In the end had to drive far away to Motor City during the peak rush hour to return the car! Spoilt all my dinner plans. Other than that, the rental was smooth and the car was clean.

I returned my car after I purchased a rental for a month and they agreed to refund the full amount minus the one day where the vehicle was in my possession. Hertz told me that the refund would take up to 30 days and it’s been over a month and a half and I still have not received it. Edit: Finally received my refund after messaging them about the situation.

I rented a car from this company 3 times during a week of vacation at the beginning of June 2021. Only good impressions remained. The staff is polite, they always found options for me, even though I came without a reservation. I always took it with full insurance and didn’t worry about it) No scams from the staff, special thanks to them!) A deposit of 1,500 dirhams (≈30,000 rubles) was released from the credit card within 5 days after the last rental, although they warned that the money would be returned within 3 weeks. In general, I can safely recommend this office 👍 P.S. Of the documents you will need your license + international (this is a gray book) and a foreign passport.
