As my experience with Quick Drive they r not complicated as delivery, Timing, quality of service. The only thing which the tourists have to take care about is the following: They r not able to book u a rental enough Time prior your vacation!!! Just couple of days b4 your flight , which I think so unprofessional coz the tourist needs to plan better especially when he has a family. They could probably claim a down payment for that but to leave the client without booking and confirmation keeps me personally disappointed. Good luck

The Price and the car we’re fine, only bad thing they needed 35 days instead of 14 days to return deposit 1000 AED! After 30 days I got a phone call from owner and I recived deposit right away.

Great experience renting from QUICK DRIVE RENT A CAR. Honest and polite service at pickup and drop off. We rented the 2017 Ford Expedition, and it was a really nice ride! I would like to recommend this rental company. I booked a Jac j7 car in August 2023 through the localrent intermediary website. The office is located one minute walk from Al Jadaf metro station, at the rear of the building. The car was new, well equipped, the only downside was that the car was delivered with an almost empty tank; I refueled 10 minutes from the office. The price for the car was very reasonable (below the market average), I took it with super comprehensive insurance in case a stone hit me somewhere. Deposit - As for the deposit, I paid it in cash! $410 was the deposit for the car. Also in the office they offered me to freeze the deposit on my UnioPay credit card (since this is the only option relevant for Russia). The deposit is returned within 21 working days! day on the same card with which you paid, if you had a credit card, then they will simply unfreeze it; if you paid in cash, then they will return it via the Contact system to Rosselkhozbank. Toll roads and fines for traffic violations will be deducted from the deposit; there is a special website in the UAE where you can check fines by car number. As a result, I had no fines, nothing was deducted for this!! Only toll roads were subtracted. The deposit was returned in dirhams - 1492 - which is equivalent to $406 I would especially like to say thank you to the support service! Any question regarding the car, when and how much the deposit will be returned, and how it will be returned - managers answer very quickly via WhatsApp; during working hours, on average they answered within 1 minute! Overall, we were very pleased that we turned to Quick Drive; in the UAE we managed to travel around almost all of the Emirates with the car; I can only recommend this company.

Great company, friendly staff. Convenient location near the metro, large free parking. I took a Mitsubishi jeep, good prices and good condition of the cars. A deposit card is not required, leave cash. Two weeks later they sent me to Russia through contact. I recommend!

The dispatchers work very well, they contact via Whatsapp the day before, and then accompany the process of issuing the car (I received it at the hotel) and returning the car. Everything was clear, precise and fast. The car is in good condition, video is recorded upon delivery and return. Perhaps the information will be useful to someone - in my case, I paid the rent to the delivery person with a UnionPay/MIR co-branded card, the deposit was in cash dirhams, the deposit was returned through the Contact system. I can recommend everyone to use their services I rented a car in October 2023. I express my gratitude to Quick Drive for the good organization of car rental services! Excellent rental company. I took the car in January 2024. The car was new, mileage was 21 thousand, no comments to the car. The process was completed quickly; all documents were already ready upon arrival. The delivery of the car was also very quick. The deposit was returned even before the agreed period, exactly in the amount that was discussed (minus toll roads and lease extensions). I recommend this rental service to everyone.
