Many thanks to Gheath for the wonderful educational experience and facial. My wife and I learned a lot about our skin type and how to best take care of it with the products available at Kiehls. Of course, there is a sales pitch that goes along with it but Gheath was not pushy and his style made us comfortable in selecting products that made sense for us. If you have Fazaa, you get an additional discount. Highly recommended for everyone.

I'm reviewing the Brightening cream and Serum from Kiehls. I have combination skin prone to breakouts and dullness. The serum has a lightweight texture that absorbed quickly, leaving my skin feeling hydrated without feeling greasy. I saw a noticeable improvement in my skin's texture within a week, and my breakouts have significantly reduced. The brightening cream has helped even out my skin tone and reduce the appearance of dark spots. The only con is the slightly high price point. However, what truly made this purchase exceptional was the service I received from Gheath. He took the time to analyze my skin, listen to my concerns, and recommend the perfect products for my skin type. His expert advice and friendly demeanor made the shopping experience a pleasure. Gheath even followed up with me a week later to check on my progress. Overall, I highly recommend both the products and the exceptional service at Kiehls Galleria. Five stars! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

First of all, I was someone who by word agreed with all the negative comments here. The customer service at Kiehls used to be so terrible that I hated going in the store. But I love their Calendula face wash and toner so much that I would just pop in, pick that up and leave. But the last time I went in, it was different, thanks to Hasna. She was very attentive, and took her time to listen to the concerns , and help us out with products and samples. Until now, I have never thought about really buying another product, but after trying out some of the samples, I've got a list for the next haul! Hasna , you know how to make a sale. Thanks for the amazing service 💞
