I don't know what is the problem with our company. They just try to torture the drivers by new techniques day by day. Now one has problem with their timing both partners are agree at one specific time but they changed by self to just torture the drivers. I hope someone from the higher management look at this point. And stop changing timings. If two partners are agree at one specific time then no one need to change the time. Company concern must be only that car is at work on both sihits. Please stop torturing the drivers they are working for you. So please think about drivers comfort timing.
