I had an issue with my chair, I tried to send email to support team with no response. I tried to call the company and Hanah answered my call. I can’t imagine the level of support she gave me. 1- She told me don’t worry I will solve your problem. This is something I like great attitude with kind of ownership and responsibility. 2- She told me send the email to here and she requested a video for the problem. 3- she contacted the support team and fixed appointment for next day. 4- She followed up with the team until they came and solve my issue. 5- many thanks to their expert Medi, solve the issue in one minute, he also has a great attitude. I had a pretty good experience overall. They have a pretty good pricing ranging from 475 dhs for the computer chair. Very good quality and good looking chairs as well. Offered delivery in 2 days. But I got the delivery right on the next morning itself. 2 suggestions to the company are 1. Place a price tag on each item in the show room 2. Tell the delivery/assembly staff to be a little more attentive and cooperative to the questions we have about different functionality/adjustments of the chair. Thanks for the service.

They provide decent quality and affordable furniture compared to other local suppliers in Dubai. Super Supportive and helpful team and the manager Mr. Patrick. We purchased number of items for our new office set up, almost entire furniture for the office. So few days before we ordered 2 new chairs with silver grey color and unfortunately after we get them in office, it was not going with our office look and other chairs we bought it from workspace. yes it was our mistake to choose that color, so I called them and asked for the exchange of color to black and guess what they said yes, al though they denied first because as per their company policy it should be within 24 hours and when I called to exchange it was already more then 24 hours. But they understood, they helped me and they support in the exchange. In the end we are happy and relieved and very very thankful for their amazing after sales service. DON'T THINK TOO MUCH AND GO ALREADY TO PURCHASE ANYTHING YOU LIKE FROM WORKSPACE ! :)

Amazing products, the variety available at workspace cannot be matched elsewhere. I picked a pair of workstation and chair, it's built to last lifetime. Professional service, super fast delivery and installation. Although the products come with warranty but looking at the quality I don't think one need to worry about it. I just experienced possibly the very best customer service at all times! A week ago, our company requires a Bar Stool as a background for our 1-day shoot the following day, as we call Workspace delivery time would take 1-2 days! But we got so lucky that Mr. Sonny De Vera assists us all the way and believe me, we are able to pick up the Stool the very same day. No hassles, no drama! Nice products but absolutely dire customer service and delivery. Bought one desk and chair from them and it was such a poor after sales experience i vowed to not use them again. The product was very nice though so i thought it was maybe bad luck and so ordered another desk. Sadly again the experience has been very poor. I won't be fooled a third time. If you have time to waste chasing them and waiting for them then go ahead as you will have nice furniture but if you don't find somewhere else!

The delivery charge is not reasonable at all. Almost worth the price of another chair. Purchased a chair for AED 970 and I have to pay 280 for the delivery and installation. I believe this should have been a more logical price specially when I live 10 min away from the warehouse.
