Anisha is a fantastic trainer. She’s patient, warm and pays special attention to your form and posture. She knows when to push you and when to slow it down. She’s organised and a meticulous planner. I’ve been doing Pilates with Anisha for a few months now and will continue to do so. Whether you are new to this or a Pilates aficionado- Anisha is the trainer for you!
I was on a look out for a long time to incorporate some form of exercise into my busy routine and I came across the pilates classes with Anisha which was the perfect solution. I love the flexibility and the variety of exercises Anisha adds to each class . It's wonderful to see that each one in the class is on their own unique journey, which creates such a supportive and encouraging environment.
Since starting, I've definitely seen an improvement in myself. My body and mind crave these sessions, and I look forward to them every week. This has truly been the best investment I have ever made in myself. If you're looking for a way to feel stronger and more balanced, I highly recommend giving this Pilates class with Anisha a go.. you will not regret..
I signed up for the postpartum program with Anisha which was really empowering. I have seen such amazing results looking back at where I was physically on the first day I started. I was very nervous to exercise after my CSection in the beginning but Anisha provides a safe environment for postpartum mums, especially that she is a CSection mum herself. Anisha always tries to help and make you feel good about yourself. The exercises in her program were carefully selected to suit us mums and to help us get stronger physically and emotionally. I encourage all new moms to try her Pilates class. Thank you Anisha 🙌🏼
Pilates classes with Anisha have helped to make me feel stronger and more confident. Anisha is dedicated and cares for the well-being of each student in her class. I highly recommend her classes if you want to strengthen your core muscles as well as your legs and arms, while still getting a good workout. 💪😃
I’ve just completed my second term of the Strong and Confident program of Pilates with Anisha. When I started I had not exercised consistently for years. I felt very weak, no body muscles, and I thought it was going to be a long process. Each class she takes it up a notch and for each exercise she gives the choice of the least or most challenging version. Less than 6 months later I indeed feel strong and confident and ready to move on to the next class level, and even take on the “intimidating” Reformer machine! Who would have thought!

Since starting the post partum Pilates programme with Anisha, I have seen my body evolve from being weak and deconditioned to feeling stronger and more flexible . It has been a well guided programme keeping in mind all our limitations post partum. Functionally I am more able to go about my daily tasks without pain and discomfort unlike before. I would highly recommend this programme or any other of her guided Pilates programmes. It is also a community of ladies that can share in your experience in an open and non judgemental way. Great Pilates Classes that work your entire body. Anisha is a very experienced trainer who provides tailored attention to each person. Game changer for me...I feel stronger, more flexible, and my overall fitness level has skyrocketed. The classes are dynamic, challenging, and perfectly tailored to meet individual needs. Highly recommended!
Anisha is the best! Her classes are challenging and yet so much fun. What I love the most about her is that pilates is her passion, not her job. And you see this in the way she teaches and motivates everyone. She's one of the best instructors I have ever worked with and I highly recommend her to everyone!
So pleased and lucky to have found Anisha. She is an excellent pilates instructor and I have felt very considered, valued and supported as part of the lovely group of ladies in our sessions. Anisha took extra time both prior to and outside of the classes to get to know me, my body, aims and needs; and every class involves a combination of pilates and challenge so progress is visible and naturally builds upon the previous weeks. Anisha strikes the perfect balance of supporting us to work within any physical limits/injuries but with the explanation and opportunity to progress - as a result I’m improving in flexibility and strength and attending to previously far too neglected areas! Anisha genuinely cares about us all - sessions are followed up with WhatsApps and check ins and encouragement, and the feeling of a community. Anisha is kind and positive, relatable and fun, and I look forward to her classes. I wish her every success building her pilates business.
