5 stars for this clinic from my side was only because of the front office team. I was not aware about my insurance name as it was mine first time there and they didnt disappoint me, they did everything possible to find it and then registered me for the doctor. The process was also very fast, and the unity in diversity was also seen there, People from different backgrounds different ethnicity different languages where working together and the true sense of UAE'S vision of growth for all was on display. I want to mention few names from their team, whom i interacted with Starting with Aya maram and showkat Then the nursing team of ramsi and ruksana and at last doctor shahrukh

Very bad experience. The reception is very Slow and no proper directions. System slow or system down is another reason. For any consultation minimum required 3 to 4 hours .

The service is excellent and the reception staff are courteous. The internal medicine doctor is excellent. She listens well to all symptoms and gives sufficient information, in addition to doing all the necessary tests and x-rays for evaluation and also giving the appropriate treatment.
