I took my mother to a scheduled Ultrasound appointment, the experience was absolutely amazing, the Radiology department was lovely and very welcoming. Despite being late to our appointment they made sure that my mother was seen. A special thank you to Nurse Fatima at the ultrasound department, her kindness, attention to detail and cultural awareness was beyond amazing

I'm grateful all my life to Rashid Hospital .This is a truly first rare health care provider across the world. It should lead training and sourcing expertise in this domain across the Middle East and Gulf . A quite positive experience with all staff members .My husband has heart failure ,multiple brain strokes and a myriad of health issues that are complex in nature .The doctors are experts and highly trustworthy, they are patient centric and highly dedicated. They run a huge number of tests and careful investigations before judgements of the cases .I'm speechless .The team is considering the patient's family ,needs and circumstances and arrange the medical plans accordingly. One of the most memorable experience is the one to one comprehensive conference we have had my son and I with Dr Jehangir Afzal who demonstrated extraordinary knowledge of my husband's case .Discussed with us all possible scenarios and how to assist him .He was positive and comforting ,resilient and responsive though under pressure of our demanding questioning and worry .He remained reassuring ,considerate and highly academic .We left the place way better than we came and with determination to go ahead supporting the case in a different way . Also special thanks to Dr Niaz who has done wonderful analysis and invetlstigations and spoke to my son in depth about his father 's situation Dr Anas who has rescued him after hos heart attack. Ward 9 all nurses and team members and doctors, Ward 8 all doctors nurses and team members . On the 51 National Day ,I would state that Rashid Hospital has been always touching my heart and everyone we leave with my husband accompanying us ,I stand by the big portrait of Sheikh Zayed ,cry and pray his soul rests in paradise along with Sheikh Rashid, Mohammad Bin Rashed and all rulers of this country that respects humanity ,defines health as one of its first priorities and provides treatment and care with dignity to all patients. Overall experience was not so good , hospital is very clean, hygienic and staff was good and the food they provide to patient is also good as i have shown in pics. but main issue is with doctor's and there communication gap they came to visit for one in whole day if we have any issue or want to consult we have to wait for 24 hour to clarify our doubt which became major issue and one more issue with account section when there is case of payment they are always ready to take but if there is case of refund they wont allow at weekend's to get it or you will get reply like come after 24 hours which i personally face.

Went today for my appointment and registered through my chart app and went directly to the doctor and finished in less than 20 minutes this really amazed me the smoothness of everything and there was no wait and lines and stuff hope this stays always as smooth as it was today i had a great experience , i didn’t even get a chance to take pictures of the outpatient clinics where my appointment took place

My brother was rushed in Rashid hospital last may 6,nurses and doctors attended immediately due to my brother's emergency conditions,we almost lost him.Gods Mercy,medical staff Doctors and nurses are very attentive,they immediately provide my brother's medical attention.Hospital wants us to deposit cash but we're unable to provide that big amount.Good Samaritan came, Doctors and medical team,make us realized theyre not after money.RASHID HOSPITAL WAS A PATIENT FIRST HOSPITAL AS TO THEIR MOTTO,.They save lives ,.Thank you 🙏🥰😇😇😇

Rashid Hospital is the one we chose for my treatment yesterday i.e 16/12/22 Though I had severe stomach pain and vomiting 2 days ago and I also did the check up and treatment at another clinic there where the pain subsided a little. But these report were of no use here, as they made me redo the entire process with added blood tests, x-rays and scans etc. I wasn't very pleased nor happy with the replies that I got from the Drs. At the end of it all, after more than three hours of wait and impatience, all the pain in my abdomen disappeared, talking to the lovely people that visit this hospital from all over the world. But while coming out, I had to clear the hefty bill which we were not prepared for. Guys, we took it for granted that for a follow up, it would not be much.....This is a government hospital and is free or maybe be subsidised...... Even the patients there must be made aware of the money that will be incurred towards such treatment. And that every test is expensive here. Though fit and fine today, a part of the bill was paid yesterday. No free and no concessions for tourists nor for senior citizens. Part still left to pay. Any sponsors!!!! From a retired teacher and a social worker from India.

Not that I love to be in any hospital, but during my stay in Rahid hospsital even though I was completely alone (my family are not living with me) nurses were so caring, I couldn't believe no matter day or midnight they were so good smiling and patient with everyone. My surgeon done a very well job. The only thing is I never visited the surgeon before operation and my Doctors keep changing which was a little bit scary. Overall it is a very nice government hospital with latest technologies as much as I understand. if it was my country I should go to private hospital only to maybe get this care with lots of money to pay to nurses to care like them. I was an emergency case considered minor at first but they didn't ask me single Dirhams till I am released from hospital, again if it was my country emergency or none I have to pay first or I have to leave the hospital. I am from Iran. Thank you to all nurses and doctors in Rashid Hospital .

The free emergency service is a lie, a guy cut his finger and bleeding he had to pay and another with face eye swollen due to allergy reaction had to pay. The Indian doctor I had wasn't helpful at all, he couldn't answer any question and just went ahead with medecin prescription.

Hi this is Vijay , as my wife was admitted in Rashid hospital oud metha Dubai she was 90 percent burnt ,yes met with an fire accident and was been admitted in Rashid hospital , as she was unconscious and got 3rd degree burn they started the treatment immediately after 21days she came to conscious , so they shifted to ward 23 it's a burn ward the treatment was amazing doctors was gods gift over our life and special thanks to ward 23 as they treated my wife as a kid they took care of her like a family, the best people I met in Dubai, so my wife is able to walk now Thanks to Rashid hospital , doctors and specially ward 23 nurses may god bless all the people who are working in this hospital and thanks to DUBAI HEALTH AUTHORITY

Probably the best emergency hospital in Dubai. Only those who have experienced it for a long time know its goodness and the goodness of its crew. After rotating through hospitals, it remains steadfast with all the challenges. In the end, it is a government hospital with limited support and remains better than many private hospitals. May God reward and bless all those who established it, and may God have mercy on the founders and those who worked on it in the past and make their abode Paradise.

On December 27, I went to the emergency room for pain in my foot as a result of a fall, but they gave me a sedative after taking the x-ray, and the doctor said that she did not see anything abnormal in the x-ray, but the pain continued, so they examined them on the 30th, and it turned out that there were two fractures in one of the feet, and the foot was cast. The doctor asked for a CT scan of the other foot and said that she did not see anything abnormal...and on January 20, I visited the hospital again and told them that my feet were still hurting. ...So the doctor asked for an MRI of the foot that was not cast, and when I went to the MRI department, they gave me an appointment on March 21!!! I tried to get an appointment sooner and they said: We do not have reservations before this date!! Imagine that I had to wait three months from the day I fell to get an appointment for an MRI... Note that I called the authority and the employee tried to help me, but he was unable.. and I am still waiting for the appointment to this day. I like to write about notes that I wish would disappear. I am glad that I still write about good things The Authority gratefully contacted me on the 14th and 15th and they gave me an appointment on February 17th... Thank you, Dubai🌷
