p. g.Finally a clean and quiet hotel in Deira. Excellent location next to the Union metro (one of the main ones). Excellent cleanliness and privacy. In short, highly recommended. ||Staff very attentive to customer needs.
f.We stayed only one night in this hotel for a stopover in Dubai. It was chosen for its proximity to the metro that connects to the airport. At the reception we were asked for the marriage certificate and certainly in all the trips it was the first time, and only the calm of my husband and the fact that we had already paid for the room, made us stay in this hotel. The room was large but smelled of stale smoke and the bathroom did not shine with cleanliness, the photos do not represent the rooms at all which are old and obsolete. For breakfast we do not know, we had a flight at 7.00 a.m. ... Our advice is to choose it only because it is close to the airport (4 metro stops) and in the area there are several restaurants and shops ......... and also other hotels!!
А. А.The hotel is a 5-minute walk from Union Station. There are shops with tires, pumps and various hardware items next to the hotel. Opposite the cafe, they deliver food to your room if you wish. They checked us into a very small room, the window ran into the wall, I immediately asked to change it, they gave me a large room with three huge mirrors, a tiny bathroom, a shower cabin with a cool curtain. There is no water, tea or coffee in the room, they give you boiling water regularly. I bought a 5-liter bottle of water opposite in the "supermarket" for 2.5 dir. To the beach, take bus C28 to Almamzar, the stop is at the bus station itself, behind the metro station, look at the yellow signs, bus stops are a meter apart, only one bus leaves from each stop. 3 dir one way, the same way back, 30 minutes to Mamzar Park. ||They clean every day. No cockroaches. Bed linen is changed if desired, you need to leave a sign on the bed asking for a change. ||For those who speak only Russian, go ahead. An Uzbek guy has been working at the reception for about three months. Assildzhon (sorry, Assil, if I remember wrong). In general, the staff is polite and responsive, which is not uncommon in Dubai hotels. And also, the elevator is something, you have to see it with your own eyes))))
K. P.Of the inexpensive hotels, this one is probably the best. I stayed overnight for one night. The large bed with good pillows and bed linen met expectations, there was very little noise from the street. Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and water supply work properly. This hotel also has a good location in relation to the metro station. The young man at the reception is polite and responsive. ||Among the minuses, I consider the breakfasts - you shouldn't spend money on them, they are very meager, I didn't expect to see instant coffee and a cream substitute at all.
E. B.We had chosen a hotel with wifi, breakfast and swimming pool, where we made reservations and payments on your website. When I went, none of these services were free. Swimming pools were provided for a fee at another contracted hotel. There was a problem with hot water in the hotel. It didn't run at all overnight. It was really bad in terms of location. The taxi driver could only take me to the area where the hotel was located. I was able to find it by asking shopkeepers with my suitcases in my hand. There was not even a sign.
M. B.Very convenient hotel for services, metro a few steps away, supermarkets everywhere for any purchase, shopping center 100 meters away. Kind and helpful staff, clean room, apart from the bathroom that could use some small works. For the rest I recommend it. We will return.
p.Expensive for what it is. But clean, service OK. Free Wi-Fi negotiated, and room heavily discounted. Quiet neighborhood, not far from the souks on foot and river shuttle. 15 minutes from the airport. Small restaurants serving local cuisine nearby.
