The hotel’s facilities were also fantastic. I loved the outdoor pool, which offered stunning views of the creek and city. The 24-hour fitness center was well-equipped, and I enjoyed spending time at the poolside bar, which added to the overall relaxation. The location is perfect for exploring Dubai, with many dining and shopping options nearby.
Overall, my experience was exceptional, and I highly recommend this hotel for both its excellent service and great facilities.
I. O.We were met by Shruti when we came to make the booking. She was friendly, courteous, kind and informed. She gave us good advice and told us the best options for our hilton honors benefits. She was a delight to interact with. Ben the concierge was also super helpful. The hotel itself is very eclectic and fun in its design, with some industrial elements. The area is wonderful for walking and quite central too. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

M. B.(I originally book here for my parents wedding anniversary but things didn't go exactly as we anticipated with my dad's arrival in Dubai so got no choice but to come with my mom instead)
I called the hotel during the afternoon and no one pick up the phone maybe due to the number of guests they are checking in that time, luckily I was able to go through one phone call with this lovely lady around 6pm (after checking my email that we we're allowed for late check in) and she confirmed that our room is still available for us and that we can come before 12mn. (Because normally other hotels won't accept this much late check ins)
Since my mom's working late and we were able to check in around past 11pm and still able to go through.
Everything was really smooth from the reception until we go to our room. Though the room smells a bit off at first since the AC wasn't turn on when we came, we decided to go out first and have our dinner outside. When we came back everything is good.
They provided all the necessary amenities every guest needs, the room was clean and the bed feels amazing (had a good sleep 💕)
Most importantly the view and ambiance are really calming.
Overall, me and my mom really had a great time in Canopy... Hope to be back soon 🙏

I. I.As a Hilton Honors Gold member, I have stayed there 02 times in the past 05 months on a business trip. Since then, I am recommending this hotel to everyone. This is my home away from home in Dubai in future. Especially special thanks to Valet guys Mudassar Zaman & Sajjad were very professional courteous and helpful. No matter what time you go out or come back always greet us with a smile 24/7. I highly recommend and wish them if they work there for a long time!!

P. S.My parents had a fantastic stay at Canopy. They loved their room with city and creek view. It was clean and cozy. The location being Al Seef, is beautiful to have a stroll around. The hotel also provides buggy service to take you to the other end of Al seef where the shopping markets and restaurants are. Mr Caeser was so kind and provided some good recommendations. Also met Mr Sameh who was a delight to talk to. He went out of his way to make my dad feel great. Really appreciate that.

J. H.A great experience! I have traveled to Dubai for more than 30 years and have seen the place grow, but this is the first time back to the Dubai Creek area in a long time. Canopy Hilton does it right! From check in, Bilal was a superstar and was knowledgeable of everything that Americans Express and Hilton had to offer. I was thoroughly impressed. The rest of the staff was attentive and made sure I was satisfied. Mahmoud was super helpful and even sat down and talked with me making sure I was comfortable. I ate dinner at the hotel restaurant Skafos, and probably had the best lamb chops I have eaten. Medium-well served over spinach with a beetroot sauce. OMG! My main server, Khine, made me feel like a VIP the whole time. What a great group. I finished the night off with Grape Mint Shisha and Ali was my Shisha Guy. He knew the flavors and they were fresh! All in all a super satisfying experience which I will not hesitate to repeat and recommend. THANKS!

If you are interested to stay in a medium cost otel in Dubai there are many options available with better price / performance rates. One negative note from my side is breakfast which I couldn't enjoy, however positive point is the swimming pool which is located at roof with a nice view.

J. R.Location was the deciding factor for us in booking this hotel. I also liked that it look modern and new. Prior to staying here I read the reviews and I honestly was a bit concerned about the negative reviews (dirty rooms, service, etc). We arrived past noon and the hotel did allow us to check in early which was convenient for us since our daughter was not feeling well (we did not have to inform them of this to secure the check in). The staff was warm and friendly. They gave us welcome drinks. The lobby smells amazing. There was free parking in their basement. The room is modern and clean and really comfortable. It is not the typical cozy traditional hotel room but it is more upbeat but comfortable and relaxing. The details of the room come together to create a unique vibe to it. The vintage mini bar, the Nespresso coffee machine, the metal and cushioned furniture, the awesome bathroom that blew me (and my child) away, the black out blinds that just helped give us quality sleep and the control panels in the room. Plus they gave a special surprise for my child. The rooftop pool and bar gave amazing views of the city. And the restaurant downstairs by the creek is just wonderful with the singer at night. The food was good. We truly enjoyed our first stay here and will definitely be coming back and recommending it. Thank you to all the staff.

The welcoming atmosphere set a positive tone for my stay. However, I did encounter a setback during check-in as there was a considerable delay of over an hour before my room was ready.
On a brighter note, as a diamond member, my reservation was upgraded from a standard twin room to a suite, which instantly made up for the inconvenience of the wait. While the absence of an executive lounge may disappoint some guests, the hotel's location in a peaceful neighborhood offered a tranquil retreat from the bustling city.
Furthermore, the hotel's dedication to inclusivity through the active employment of individuals with special needs deeply impressed me.

The front desk is very welcoming and was able to assist with any of our requests. The concierge service was amazing, helped us book all our excursions out in town, and had great communication via whatsapp. Would absolutely recommend.

One wall was in gypsum (in 3rd floor) and we barely hear the guest on the other room speaking over the phone at 6am. Also the click of the switches. I am reaching out also by FB page and email since we forgot one white mobile cable.
V. L.Our room was comfortable to live in for a couple days. However housekeeping is sometimes lacking attention. We stayed for 9 days and 3 times we came home and missed all the towels in the bathroom. Another day they left the door open, so our room had been open for the entire day. A hotel carrying the Hilton name should have atleast higher standards of housekeeping than this. The front desk staff is very nice and helpful and the complimentary valet is nice, the valet guys are good guys and always friendly. All in all we had a nice stay except for when it came to housekeeping, I do need to think twice before coming back here.

Drinks are very good tho. Breakfast was ok but the variety and brand of the food can be changed. Sausage and turkey bacon weren't that good. Also, it isn't a necessity but there wasnt a single tiny candle both the Canopy and Hampton when I asked for it.I think they can atleast anticipate this little things.Best part? All staff are really accommodating and nice.

Located on the river it is a great location for visiting the souks and walking along the creek or taking an Abra. With a taxi you can get anywhere in a few minutes. I highly recommend it.

J. B.The Canopy by Hilton offers a different setting than many classic hotels. The furnishings are rather rustic, which gives the hotel a special charm. The rooms were clean and attractively designed, although the bathroom could have been a little brighter for my taste. A small negative point were the universal sockets, which unfortunately all had loose contact.
The staff was consistently friendly and accommodating. The breakfast offered a large selection, but many that were not convincing in terms of taste. However, you could have fresh egg dishes prepared that tasted okay. The beautiful outdoor area where you can have breakfast should be highlighted positively. The coffee was particularly impressive.
A highlight of the hotel is the pool with a bar on the top floor with a beautiful outdoor area and a beautiful view.
The location of the hotel is also very good. Overall, a recommendable hotel with a special charm, small weaknesses, but great service and a beautiful pool.

The bathrooms are beautiful, but absolutely not practical, especially the one with a bathtub. | The breakfast is perfect, and the staff is also perfect and attentive. Due to its location in old Dubai, this hotel allows you to walk around the Old Village, which was rebuilt 6 years ago, but for all other visits, you have to take a taxi. The city is very spread out. The distances between each interesting site are long, for example, from the hotel to the Marina, it takes 40 minutes, and 20 minutes for the Burj Khalifa.

F.Nice hotel with good beds, lovely beds and a wonderful extensive breakfast. Hotel is located on the river. Nice to take an evening walk. The staff is very helpful. Ankit and chef Udara are great! Ankit brought us tea and chef Udara knew exactly how we wanted our egg and delivered it to the table. Islam from housekeeping regularly asked if everything was to our liking. These toppers made our stay extra pleasant.
A. N.Hotel where we stayed at the end of our stay. We enjoyed it overall, however we found the half-board option not very varied. Few dishes available in the evening, although breakfast was provided and very good. There would be an effort to be made at this level.
The rooms are nice and clean but several of us in the group had a musty smell inside. It would be good to see where this problem comes from. The windows were not cleaned. The bedding is comfortable.
The pros: the location is very nice, on platforms where you can walk and 15 minutes walk from the red metro line.
The staff: always available, smiling, and involved to best respond to our requests.

I would like to thank all your employees at the reception and in the breakfast set; However, I would also like to thank your staff named Ankit, who served breakfast, on behalf of myself and my sister. On the morning of December 11, the day we were leaving the hotel, I could not find my passport in my bag, even though I looked many times; Since I was told that if it was not found, I would stay in Dubai for 30 days, I got worried and made a mess of the bed, but unfortunately I could not tidy it up due to lack of time.
