S. M.I just recently completed a one week stay at
Crowne Plaza Dubai Jumeirah. One of the best hotel experiences I’ve had in years. The hotel was warm and welcoming as was there. I needed some documents printed and we were having tech issues and the gentleman at the reception desk was incredibly patient. It probably took 30 minutes to accomplish what one would think would be an easy task. No frustration, no acting as if he had something more important to do. He finally asked if I had an iPhone, which I did as did here. I air dropped it to him and printed my documents. I’m sure you can relate to this. Most hotels nickel and dime you for everything. There was no charge for the printing. And the list goes on. Beautiful gym with a spa. Everything was impeccably taken care of. Sauna, steam room, jacuzzi, locker room. All available without any additional charge. A few months back I stayed at a Hilton hotel in Santa Monica, California. Worst experience ever. If I could have given them a zero I would have. More often than not it is a reflection of management and in this case the GM wants you to feel more at home than home. Thank you again for this amazing stay and to your continued success!
D. B.Wonderful hotel and staff. Our room and all guest areas immaculately clean. Vast range of foods foods for breakfast. Very stylish club lounge serving complimentary premium drinks and foods. Roof top bar and pool a great place to hang out when not out exploring Dubai. Ram, who looks after the pool area was great and nothing was too much trouble. We will definitely be returning to this hotel.

I had a great experience with breakfast at the Cuisines restaurant thanks to the professional service of Era who was an amazing host. We had dinner at Ginger which was also fabulous thanks to the chef Chada and our host Mawan who made our experience delightful. Shajahan made us feel very welcome and accommodated our special requests during the stay.
A.I chose to stay at Crowne Plaza Jumeirah in Dubai for a few days and was very pleased with the service, hospitality, and high standards of the hotel.
The friendly staff made me feel welcome from the very beginning. I especially want to highlight the receptionist Sharminе, who not only helped with check-in on the first day but also gave me many great recommendations for exploring Dubai. I am very grateful for her assistance!
I rate this hotel 10 out of 10 for cleanliness, timely room service, and quick responses to any requests. The standard rooms were spacious and extremely comfortable.
Another major advantage is the convenient location: just 10-15 minutes by taxi (around 20 AED) to La Mer Beach and about 20 minutes to Dubai Mall. This makes it a great choice for travelers who want to explore the city without spending too much on transportation.
I highly recommend Crowne Plaza Jumeirah – an excellent hotel with outstanding service and comfort!

Despite initial confusion in the beginning, it was made up with the service. Exceptional hospitality was offered by Mawan, Lourdes and Mawan, Kheme Wanrie who attended to all of our requests going extra mile with customizing food choices for our kids. Overall, the food quality was mixed with Thai dishes being exceptional while their sushi choices and buffet would range between below average to average. I believe they should also offer more on dessert choices. Despite that, the hospitality and service made up for that.
B. 7.Keylene was so pleasant and polite and attentive. Made us feel very welcomed each day of our stay. All of the staff were very professional as well. The lobby had such a Beautiful ambiance

Only the coffee machine at breakfast is incredibly slow, so queues form.

On the roof there is a gorgeous swimming pool with sun loungers and towels, a gym and a spa!
I would like to express my special gratitude to Sarif for his sensitive and attentive attitude to the content of our issue! And also to the employee of Noza for the excellent organization of breakfasts and the radiant smiles that she gave us every morning!
