M. J.Our room was cleaned every day with fresh linen, coffee and tea, drinking water supplies by Abbey. He made our stay pleasant by ensuring our room was cleaned at our convenience. Great guy. I hope the hotel recognizes his dedication to ensuring the customers come first.
N. I.Great value hotel. Unlike many other properties in the area this had nice modern bathroom with walk in shower. Soundproofing was excellent, no noise from road or from planes. Buffet breakfast was ok.

g. t.As a solo traveler i had a great experience overall. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable—exactly what I needed after a long day. While the hotel isn’t very close to the Dubai Metro, taxis are easy to find and make getting around simple. The location itself is in a busy area, so expect some hustle and bustle. It has adequate pool and quaint fitness room on the top floor. I definitely recommend for a comfortable short stay.

Apart from Zahid I didn’t feel any efforts by the staff to please the travelers. Because of him only I might use the hotel again.
Issues at hotel:
1. Nobody ever answer the room service number.
2. If reception missed a call they don’t call you back.
3. Gym lacks good machines and some machines are not working at all.
4. Room key card stops working all the time.
These are the issues I faced and might not faced by others.

C. M.Rooms perfectly clean, very friendly staff! Especially Esther....she was there during breakfast and she welcomed us every day with a smile and friendly word. This young lady is something special! Breakfast offer was a little dissapointing. No "regular" cheese, just cheddar wich i as a European, dont put on a sandwich.....and sandwich meat was on the poor side as well. Big surprise during our last breakfast as Esther and her collegues gave us some delicious cake and a farewell message! Highly appreciated!! Breakfast package ordered on departure day was not there.....that was a little dissapointing. Overall it was a good stay in clean rooms and helpfull and friendly staff

I must say we had an amazing experience staying at this hotel. The staff were really kind and on their toes to help us with literally anything. The restaurant staff were real nice people and assisted us very much. They gave us a lovely, heart warming surprise on our last day which really left us in tears. They made us feel home…!!
T. M.I just spent 2 nights in this hotel, absolutely convenient place, close to the airport, nearby metro station and restaurants. The room was a bit tiny, but alright considering the short stay. The hotel as a whole is quite a bit run down, spots on carpets, etc. I had the impression the cleaning stuff is doing their best to make you feel well, very clean and fresh sheets and towels. Very good mattress for my taste (hard). Check in and check out very quick and friendly.

P.Very neat and affordable hotel in old Dubai. The service team was exceptionally good. I can definitely recommend them.
Only critic I'd have is that the water from the shower was not consistent and permanently switched between hot and cold. I'd also like to add that the breakfast food variety was rather slim for a 4 star hotel.

N.I enjoyed my stay at Hilton Garden Inn, the hotel is strategically placed near malls and more ideal for Africans as there are places they can get to sample African food not so far from the hotel. The staff are friendly & the rooms very clean. I loved their rooftop swimming pool. I loved the fact that they have daily shuttle buses to Dubai Mall.We were also served by two Kenyans in the restaurant and that felt like we were home. I will definitely be back and can vouch for this hotel.

Rooms are well sound proofed so we could spend a good night of sleep, but breakfast buffet was very poor in options.
It's across the street from Al Kabayel so you can buy many things from there including food to make your stay more comfortable
J. M.This is my second stay at the hotel. It is exceptionally good value. As a Diamond member I was upgraded to a large suite but what I most appreciated was being allowed an early check-in and a late checkout. I was particularly impressed by Patrick at reception who has natural charm and warmth - an excellent welcome which really made me feel like a special guest.
m. i.Excellent rooms, the service was wonderful in some aspects like the cafeteria crew was really helpful and friendly. No one helped us with our luggage on arrival which was strange but i will take it that it was a one off since we arrived in the night. The location is good since you can easily access the metro and next to it there is lots of shopping places. There's lots of restaurants on this side of town as well. So yeah.
The rooms are regulary cleaned. If you are a non smoker kindly emphasise they dont put you on a smoking floor because you will hate it. And their lifts smell of smoke. They will need to fix the ventilation.
The gym is nice and rarely packed, so is the pool at the top of the building.
Generally its a nice hotel with a few things to fix here and there but i think its generally wonderful.

The staff are polite and professional and overall the hotel's facilities are great, however, the wifi connection is too slow, and the tv isn't smart tv with limited English channels. Additionally, they served repetitive breakfast menus like beans, hardboiled eggs, bread, some rice and fruits like their chef is too lazy to prepare and introduce another type of cuisine at all. Unfortunately, the experience was average so we won't probably stay here again.

The breakfast is very good and the room was kept very clean throughout our stay. Excellent value for money for the price. Also, they had a free shuttle bus service into the city centre which we found very helpful as this saved us a lot on taxi fares.

In the heart of Deira it is surrounded by places to eat, shop, but also close to public transport and close.to all the 'touristy' stuff.
Although it looks a little tired from outside that all changes once you enter. Reception is clean and welcoming, and the rooms are modern, well decorated, clean and well equipped.
Breakfast was very good value, with an all you can eat buffet, with the food been well prepared and extremely tasty.
The staff really make this hotel though. Everyone I interacted with was polite, friendly and gave excellent service.
I arrived at the hotel at 0900 and although check-in wasn't officially until 1400, the man (Sadiha?) on reception, told me it wan't a problem; 'go and have some breakfast and we will have it sorted when you've finished'. On booking I had requested a specific room, and although it wasn' available at check-in, he promised to move me the next morning. So not only had he let me check-in early he sorted out my problem as well. Throughout the stay he remembered my name and asked me every morning how iwas adn how was my stay. Just excellent!
The staff at breakfast were welcoming friendly, and nothing was to much trouble for them. They were pro-active in bringing drinks and remembering my favourites from the previous day.
The man looking after my room was also excellent; nothing was too much trouble, and although I din't get my room cleaned everyday, he always knocked and asked if I needed extra supplies.
My only issue with the hotel was that the internet was a little slow meaning I couldn't facetime home.
All in all though an excellent place to stay for my trip.

The location is good for the money if you’re willing to walk a few blocks to the metro, and is near a lot of great and affordable restaurants. If you like planespotting this is amazing because you can go to the top floor restaurant and look over DXB.

A. K.I ended up staying for 4 nights. Prices are also more affordable than in Dubai city. It was conveniently close to the airport and within walking distance of the train station. There is also one shuttle every day to the beach, old town and Pruz Khalifa.
There were many supermarkets and discount shops in the surrounding area, and the restaurants were cheap as well, which was helpful. It was also nice that the twin room had a bathtub. For breakfast, I was able to have an omelet made for me, and there was a wide variety of options, which was great.
The staff were also kind.
K. L.My first impressions were mixed due to the lack of charm in the common areas. The room turned out to be perfectly adapted and very well maintained.
The staff bends over backwards for your requests, whether it be reception, housekeeping or the breakfast team, so I was able to benefit from an extra bed (very thick) free of charge as well as an early check in and a late check out as a Hilton Gold member.
Breakfast is basic but has an omelette counter. In particular, there is a lack of fresh fruit juice and meat.
The hotel also has free underground parking with sufficient spaces and accessible at any time.

A. K.A clean hotel. The cleaning staff is extremely warm and hardworking. The location of the hotel is very good, close to everywhere. Transportation facilities are very good, since the hotel is on the main street, taxi facilities are very good, you can easily find a taxi at any time.

J. L.Consistent price and services, the buffet needs improvement; it should be more international, the staff is friendly and helpful. It is a bit far from the metro, but taxis are cheap and you can easily get around the city. I looked for it because it was close to the event I wanted to attend.
C.Great hotel, great service, a big thank you to Hana who always welcomed us at breakfast with great kindness and a big smile, the rooms were remarkably clean, just like Dubai, staff concerned about the well-being of their guests. The only downside is that the pool is a bit small, there are only 3-4 deckchairs. The hotel is surrounded by shops and restaurants in the surrounding streets and not very far from tourist spots.

The location of this hotel was in Deira, the area is not great and close to the airport. But there was a free shuttle to downtown Dubai, which we used often, and the metro station is nearby.
What we found quite unfortunate was the rooftop pool. Junk was stored everywhere and everything was carelessly put away. No comfort or ambience by the pool.
N. N.A fairly small hotel, at least by Dubai standards, but everything you need was there. Rooftop pool, gym, meeting rooms and the best part was the breakfast. Freshly prepared omelette with different toppings and fresh waffles with fruit. We spent some lovely days
