I had an amazing experience at Millennium place. From the moment I arrived, the staff was warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. Especially Mr.Julian he helped me to get everything during my stay, and I really appreciate his efforts. The room was spotless, spacious, and beautifully decorated, with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect, making it easy to explore the city, and the hotel itself offered excellent facilities, The breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. Overall, I couldn’t have asked for a better stay.

Hotel Review We stayed at the Millennium Palace Mirdif Hotel for 6 days. The hotel's rating was above 8, which influenced our choice. Before coming, I read people's reviews on Google. Many had left warm comments about the place. What I particularly liked about this hotel was its ability to handle complaints effectively. Let me elaborate a bit on that. On the first day, we encountered some issues with the cleanliness of our room. Initially, there were some shortcomings. For instance, some of our requests weren't fulfilled on time. We lodged a complaint about this. Though we were a bit disappointed, we decided to stay for one night at another hotel despite having a 6-day booking. Then, we returned for the last 2 days. On that day, a manager responsible for handling complaints approached us and personally apologized for the inconvenience. Their attentiveness to complaints made me very happy. I was extremely satisfied with this. We discussed the issues, clarified the situation, and then our requests started being addressed within 5 minutes. Now, let me share my overall thoughts about the hotel: The food was very satisfying, just like homemade meals, not ordinary but visibly cooked with care. The staff always communicated with a smile and sincerity, making you feel at home rather than in a foreign country. Their ability to handle complaints properly and solve problems quickly. The management and manager system is well-organized. They have upgraded the rooms to a modern system. Even in many 5-star hotels, you don’t see this. It’s a compact and noise-free area. There’s also a nice large park nearby. You can reach the metro for $8. I would like to express my special thanks to the hotel staff. I hope to come back again next time. Our days of relaxation were delightful. I plan to write a small story about this hotel.

The Housekeeping staff Monirul islam are very friendly and really knows what a guest wants. We had amazing Iftar school experience today at B social restaurant, Mr Imran did great job with organising everything to make our Iftar wonderful , and we can't forget the effort from Chef Hakim and Chef Anwar with preparing tasty food for us . The service and hospitality was great as usual.

Chef Hakim and Chef Anwar were incredibly professional, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly. Excellent service starting from reception to housekeeping. We arrived early and the staff at the reception allowed us to check in early based on room availability. The housekeeping staff was very attentive to our needs. Our rooms were cleaned meticulously. A guge shout out to Arun, who made sure that we had clean sheets, towels, water, coffee and tea. The location however, is far from center. It works well if u want to be close to the airport.

However , today I pass a name of Hitay from Housekeeping as my request was handled with love and dedication to his work and hospitality core in the core of his heart ! Just by this review , I am saying thank you and well done ! I would recommend this hotel.

The rooms are spacious and beds are comfortable. Toilets are nice too with lots of toilet paper, there isn't toothbrushes present but you can request from the concierge. Toiletries are great, once you figure out how the shower works it's good too.

I ate at their buffet for dinner as soon as I arrived. The variety of food was limited but good taste for the price. Our servers were Thushani and Salah. They were keen to serve our needs and very accommodating. Sudeera was also very friendly when checking us in to the buffet. The ambience was calm and everything was very clean. Clean, modern hotel well-located in Mirdiff. Staff are attentive, professional and hold a positive disposition. I chose a studio apartment room and I'm pleased with the cleanliness and quietness of the room. There is a wonderful cafe on the ground floor (Coffee Planet) serving a good array of drinks and food. A special shout out to Khin who made one of the best iced lattes I've ever drunk 👍

The room is clean and very organised. It's also big and have a good view. Also this hotel has many varieties, like it has different restaurants, coffee shops, a pharmacy, even Mumuso. It's close to Mirdif city centre as well. The room service is great and it's very quick. Dipak cleaned the room very well and Hitay was the one who got the things I requested and he didn't take like 1 min to get what I wanted. Thank you🙏🏻

The room was always clean, with the bed sheets and duvet covers changed every day. The cleaning staff was incredibly friendly and skilled. They cleaned the room exactly as we wanted and remembered everything we needed. Thanks to Diki House Kerper and her very friendly supervisor, Mr. Sohan. Hotel is new and modern but on the outskirts of Dubai in residential, quiet neighbourhood. It takes min.40 min by car to get to the Kite beach and some 10 min to get to Centrepoint metro station. It is possible to rent small studio appartments ( two rooms) with kitchenette but one needs to ask stuff to deliver utensils,plates and even glasses as nothing was provided. Balconies are never cleaned not even when we asked for it and often the staff does not provide enough towels ( we were 4 and were constantly getting 1 small towel aand two big ones and needed to ask for the rest). Bath robes delivered did not have belts.... Restaurant is poorly managed. Even though not many clients use it there are often no cups or utensils during breakfast. We stayed for a week on HB scheme and the food served for ( on days were there was not bouvette ) dinner was totally diappointing. Evwry day lentil soup and one more choice of industrial soup madenof powder or concentrate), plain salad and a basic dish like pizza margaritta, spagetti carbonara without meat or bolognese with just pasta with tomatoe puree. We ended up eating fish and chips most of the days but the fish was panga... If we did nit come before ro book thw dishes the waiting time qas vwry long. One day the dinner took 2 hours till 23 although the restaurant closes at 22. Thw hotel hqs q great pool area on the roof and small fitneaa studio with sauna and hammam and that was the best. An advantage is also morning transfer service offered to the beach or Dubai mall or metro. It was very well organised and the driver was kind and very helpful. All staff was very polite but sometimes lacked organisation or had too much to do which diea not speqk in favour of the iberall organisation.

The hotel provides transfers to the beach and to several shopping centers in Dubai (Deira, Mirdif and Dubai Festival) - excellent minivan, convenient transfer times. Many thanks to Ali for them!
