As a returning visit for the fourth time, I can confidently say that Park Hyatt Dubai is my home away from home. This exquisite oasis continues to exceed my expectations with each stay. The highlight for me has to be the breathtaking infinity pool. The views are simply unparalleled, offering a serene and luxurious escape that leaves me in awe every single time. It’s the perfect place to relax and soak in the beauty of this incredible property. The staff at Park Hyatt Dubai deserve a special mention—they are consistently well-mannered, attentive, and go above and beyond to make every guest feel welcome. Their professionalism and warmth truly set this place apart. I can't seem to get enough of this gem, and I’m already looking forward to my next visit. All I can say is WOW!! From the moment we pulled into the valet line to check in until the moment we left, the experience was first class! Amazing suite upgrade was provided upon arrival. Breakfast was one of the best we have experienced at a hotel. The adult only pool was an amazing place to relax and enjoy the views of the Dubai skyline. We are looking forward to returning when we visit Dubai again.

Lovely private beach with infinity pool looking out across the creek with the Dubai skyline in the background. We were blown away with the surroundings & beauty of the place. We went there with my kids thru Emirates platinum club member. Just to have access on their amenities like gym and pool. Gym was ok. Average. But with few good equipment i havent seen in other hotel gyms. The pool, were allowed access only in the small pool area as instructed by their staff. So the kids just swim in the smaller pool. But its good enough. We haven't seen the pool lagoon side. Too bad.

Came for the pool access.. but unfortunately it started to rain heavily.. and we had to cancel - alternatively we booked an afternoon tea at them - took forever for one simple call (ping pongs) + we reached after the shower and they were not even ready.. food tasted a lil dry; i dont do tea and got charged extra for cappuccino - but was also never told whats exactly included.. sitting is nice.. staff rather slow snd not very knowledgable

A big thank you to the people at the Park Hyatt Dubai Creek definitely a part of paradise. We stayed at the hotel about four weeks ago we had such a great time that on the way back from our travels we arranged to stay for an extra five days! Although I do not like a large hotel, they’re able to make their environments very exclusive and unique….. each area feels like a boutique hotel and the service on top of it matches any beautiful hotel in the world. A big shout out to Romane the concierge’s who helped me with so many issues with a smile very professional very sweet just amazing …..a real gem To Nima who greeted us each morning with such a big smile, she could not do enough for us. And to Beatrice although the hotel was fully booked, she did so much to arrange our special room with a beautiful upgrade. She went way out of her way Beside the beautiful environment, the staff is exceptional. Thank you for making this a piece of paradise we will be back.

Every staff member went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable - truly remarkable service that you will not find in any 5 Star hotel in Europe. Gym fully equipped with outside workout area, different pool areas and the breakfast had a great variety of healthy options for all ages. Big compliment to the chefs, the menu items were cooked to perfection everyday. Thank you and we will be back!

One of my favourite Dubai hotels; a sophistication above most other hotels in the city. I'm giving it only three stars due to a disappointing experience by their front of house team (particularly a member of the team 'Isaac' who my wife and I were surprised was a part of Hyatt; rude and arrogant). Particularly surprising as everyone else representing the hotel were great. If you can look past the above, this is a hotel is beautiful. Highly recommended as the authentic Dubai experience.

The hotel is located in the Port Saeed, the hotel boast a complex setting with with residential units and a golf resort. The whole area is lined with Palm trees and well kept gardens. Various restaurants and blocks of rooms linked together by bridges and walkways surrounding pools and bathing areas. I was lucky enough to have a room with a view over their private beach. The food and service was fantastic. I have never experienced a breakfast buffet quite like it, everything you can imagine! The whole experience was welcoming with exceptional service. An excellent hotel.

What a lovely resort this is. The staff are absolutely incredible they each go above and beyond to make everything about your stay second to none. From the moment you arrive to the second you leave they are the most attentive, friendly, efficient and welcoming people. I can't honestly fault a thing. We came here as part of a conference that my husband was attending and it was organised to perfection. The hotel itself is stunning and has some really great amenities. The pool area is a lovely tranquil space and again the staff are always on point, there wasn't a visit that I wasn't greeted with a smiling face asking me where I wanted to sit, providing me with towels and an ice bucket with water. The beach pool is a lovely setting just far too hot for my liking if you like to sun worship and you're over 18 this place is for you. It's adults only. I started there earlier on and moved to the shaded pool as the day got later. This hotel is very conveniently located for the airport, it's slightly far from most other main attractions but has a metro stop nearby which I found really easy to use or there are always taxis around, use uber or careem. All in all we had a very relaxing stay and enjoyed this hotel immensely.

By far, this was the nicest Hyatt I have been to and I have been to many and it will be my fave hotel out of the whole Hyatt portfolio. From service, to front desk to the beautiful rooms, gorgeous pools, stunning breakfast buffet - this hotel has everything for families or business travellers. The adult pool reminds me of a beach club, the gorgeous kids pool with sand surrounding it, is just perfect for families and the third pool has the vibe of an Asian retreat. The Park Hyatt Creek is an exceptionally luxurious hotel that leaves no wish unfulfilled. We arrived very late, and the welcome and reception were exceptionally friendly. Adnan, the porter, escorted us to our room, which was both luxurious and spacious. My husband preferred a room on a higher floor, and the staff made the switch effortlessly. There was a welcoming gift of fruit, macarons, and wine waiting in the room. The entire hotel staff is incredibly well-trained and friendly. I was particularly delighted by the beautiful hydrangeas in my room yesterday; it was such a thoughtful gesture. We come from the hotel and hospitality industry ourselves, and the attention to detail and exceptional hospitality here have truly impressed us. At this point, I'd like to extend a big thank you to the entire team. We feel very much at home here. Furthermore, the breakfast buffet is extensive, offering everything one could desire. Additionally, there is a wide range of à la carte options. The hotel features various pools, including one for adults with fantastic music in an Ibiza-style atmosphere. Here, I must mention again that the staff is exceptionally friendly. The entire property is very well-maintained and clean.

It’s a gorgeous property with an amazing lagoon. It’s absolutely beautiful at sunset. This was one of the best, if not the best breakfast I’ve ever had, anywhere! Everything was delicious, with a large variety Buffets are usually disappointing, but this one had an incredible spread. The breakfast was free with my status, but I’d happily pay for this meal. I thoroughly enjoyed everything I ate here. All of the fruit was delicious and they even had mangosteen and rambutan! I loved their smoothie station and real honeycomb you can add to your yogurt, tea, or pastries. Even something as simple as eggs was the best I’ve ever had. Wali and Monir were incredibly accommodating at breakfast and went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. Ati, Carl, and Bharat were also amazing. I lost the names of the staff from the Thai restaurant, but everyone there was phenomenal as well. This is a gorgeous property with delicious food and an amazing staff. I’d love to visit here again!

Such an amazing hotel. We stayed here two years ago during covid for 2 weeks and loved it. We came back to Dubai and wanted to return with our baby son. Sadly we couldn’t stay here for 2 weeks as prices have shot up somewhat but I’m glad we at least stayed for 2 nights. The last time we were here they had made the lagoon pool (Twiggy) adults only. I thought this was a shame as the pool was perfect for children. Turns out they’ve built a replica on the other side of the hotel for families and it’s perfect. Food at the hotel is all very well done and you could easily stay here for 10 days and not get bored. My only complaints are that they still continue to use lots of plastic water bottles. This is such a shame when there are good aluminium options now; or glass refillable bottles using filter machines.

My husband and I were lucky enough to visit Park Hyatt Dubai on the last leg of our honeymoon. We couldn’t believe the hospitality and service that we encountered when we stayed here. I usually go to Park with my daughter for swimming. The pool is nice and big with lot of sun beds . The hotel itself is pretty big with lot of eateries inside. Spa is awesome. Must try it, also the shower area is big with lot of amenities.

There’s train station right in front that goes to burj Khalifa and it passes museum of the future and the frame. One of my favorite staycation spots in Dubai. From the calm winds by the shore, to the mesmerizing view from the infinite pool, it's all so hypnotizing. A hotel room overlooking the pool is your best bet. Cleanliness and spacious rooms are assured, and a one of a kind car-wash style shower (sprays you from every direction) will erase the stresses of daily routines. In a nutshell Park Hyatt is excellent. Everything is fantastic, from palm trees to the multiple pools with artificial sand beaches to the excellent attention to detail in the rooms. But the cherry on the cake is definitely the highly professional and cordial staff members. The breakfast was delicious, with lots of options, I always looked forward to it during my stay. And the adult pool has such a lovely view of the creek with the Burj Khalifa in the distance, just breathtaking.

This was my third visit at the Park Hyatt Dubai and I am already planning my next. The hotel premises are an oasis in busy Dubai, a perfect retreat but also a perfect base to enjoy the many attractions Dubai has to offer. The resort features great restaurants such as the new modern Indian Cinnamon Club, and the popular Thai restaurant to mention a few. The Saturday brunch is a feast of choices and flavours. The Spa offers luxurious treatments tailored to your own needs and performed by experienced therapists, as well as amazing yoga morning sessions for the early birds. Thank you to Kataryna for organising both for us. The resort has two lagoons, and you can choose between the trendy and lively Twiggy or a family friendly venue or indeed the pool side. The rooms are spacious and we loved our Park Terrace suite where we often watched the sun set. However I believe that the true assets are the hotel staff who provide top level service, delivered in a friendly manner so that you'll always feel as a special guest. Thank you to Beatriz for looking after us throughout our stay. A special mention goes to the breakfast experience thanks to Ansu in particular, and also Umesh and Anthony who took great care of us daily. One last mention, they cater properly and seriously for food intolerances/allergies.Many thanks to Chef Stanley, Camini, Malyez and Francesco for making my stay smooth and worry free!

Probably the best brunch buffet I have ever had. Extremely friendly service some of the stations are located in the open kitchen. When I walked in and saw the executive chef and said we are coming into your kitchen he replied "no your coming into your kitchen". The "Park Hyatt Dubai," a 5-star hotel, is located not far from the airport, without any aircraft noise. It is located by the golf course behind a very large park and villa complex directly on the creek. Everything is very green, with many palm trees along the access road and its own marina. From the main gate, it is about 1.5 km through the well-kept gardens with numerous palm trees, bushes, and trees. There is also a paved walkway. The access road to the hotel splits in the middle to the marina and an apartment complex. ||The large forecourt of the hotel is reserved for boarding and disembarking, and you are immediately greeted by friendly hotel attendants who take care of your suitcases and luggage.||The lobby/reception is rather small, check-in was very quick, and the reserved room was already ready, even though we arrived three hours early. ||The entire hotel complex is spread over a large area, some up to four stories high, with plenty of green space. Everything is very quiet and pleasant, and various accessories are beautifully placed throughout the complex. The standard rooms offer the comfort you would expect from a 5-star hotel; they are a good size, the beds provide a good night's sleep, and there was a sufficient amount of coffee and tea making facilities in the room. ||Only the size of the wardrobe is not ideal for a longer stay; there are too few drawers and compartments; you would have to be around 1.90 m tall to comfortably store your clothes in the top compartment. The bathroom and toilet areas are very clean and in good condition, with a sufficient number of necessary amenities.||The selection at the breakfast buffet was very good in terms of both quality and quantity: plenty of fresh fruit and vegetables, various Arabic spreads, a good selection of pastries, yogurt, ham, cheese, fish, an Indian corner, fresh pastries and croissants, freshly mixed fruit drinks, and an excellent coffee. Special mention should be made of Ati, who, along with his team, works very hard to ensure that guests receive the best possible service (even with the occasional small special request)! ||In the afternoon or evening, you can choose between the NoEpe or the Thai restaurant; both have very good offers and the food, whether burgers or Thai food, always tastes delicious.||There are three pools that are used in different ways. The Twiggy family pool can also be used by external guests and would, of course, be ideal for all families with children and babies, as it has a large play area with water sprinklers, etc. The very gently sloping sandy beach in this very large pool is ideal for children to romp around in. There are plenty of loungers, most of which are well used.||The "Lagoon Beach by Twiggy" is an adults-only pool and not just for hotel guests, as it is used by many non-residents for whom it is a paid service. On some days, there are no loungers available for hotel guests if you don't reserve one in time. Because this area is outsourced, you repeatedly notice unfriendly staff, who tend to speak very rudely and harshly to hotel guests (who don't pay an additional entrance fee). This sandy beach pool is very pleasant and long, making it easy to swim laps, although you always have to skirt around guests who are currently sipping drinks. The pool temperatures also leave a lot to be desired, as is evident from the fact that the ladies are only in the water up to their thighs. The smaller Amara pool area has a very oriental design, with many palm trees, plenty of loungers, and parasols. The friendly and helpful service team, led by Sanjit, constantly strives to provide guests with drinking water and beverages; you will receive truly excellent service from Sanjit and his staff. Because this pool area has a charming Arabian design and is somewhat quieter, it is a favorite with guests seeking peace and quiet, including seniors. But older parents with their babies and kids also often visit this pool, letting the kids romp around alone (even with inflatable toys), even though the pool rules prohibit children under 12. ||In summary, a quiet spot by the creek in a green setting, with very friendly and helpful staff and a very good breakfast buffet. I am delighted with this hotel! To begin with, the price is acceptable compared to general Dubai prices. Secondly, it’s close to the airport, which is great for one-day or two-day stops in Dubai if we’re flying by transfer! Thirdly, tomorrow is quite nice and cute, despite the small room, but there is a terrace overlooking the bay. The rooms are excellent, with classic Hyatt selection of selective Le Labo cosmetics in the bathroom. I can’t describe how much I love her! This hotel has a Twiggy beach club - I highly recommend it! In the hotel courtyard there is an area with a swimming pool only for hotel visitors, it is quiet there in the morning, and by lunchtime children run in))) The hotel is in the Moroccan style, which suits them very well)) nice))) The staff is top notch!

A sensationally good hotel. Not far from downtown, yet with a relaxed atmosphere. Mediterranean style with a beach and lagoon, as well as a huge pool area. A very good gym, an outstanding spa, and several good restaurants. There's something for every taste. But above all, the exceptional friendliness and helpfulness of the entire hotel staff stands out. Great variety of restaurants. The rooms, however, could use more lighting (there isn't even a ceiling light) and a little renovation for the expensive room rates. Great breakfast, and even the shops offer fun clothes and fragrances for purchase. Unfortunately, we were given a room next to the kids' club. I think that room should be used for other things, as it's very loud all the time from the kids. You can also hear the outside music from the Thai restaurant there in the evenings.

Unbeatable service and location in Dubai. The staff was super friendly at all times. Good rooms and the location was quite close to everything. The different rooms are very well separated, and all of them were extremely professional and friendly. Very satisfied with this hotel.
