⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ BM Hotel exceeded our expectations! The location is great, and the facilities are well-maintained. Hazem was very professional and helped us with all our requests. A special shout-out to Hossam Hisham for making our evenings fun and entertaining. The only thing that could be better is the gym equipment, but overall, it was a fantastic stay! Great place for families as they have lots of activities for family and kids to explore. Only downside are the food options. We did not eat well as there are less or none at all option for East Asian foods. Their buffet rates is not justifiable for the food options. We did not have a choice but to avail their buffet since outside foods were not allowed and we did not want to go out while on our swimsuits for dinner and breakfast.

It was our first time at Longbeach and we thoroughly enjoyed it! We were a family of 2 adults and 4 kids aged 6 to 11. Mr.Hazim at the reception was very cordial as was Mr.Munawwar, our golf cart driver. We had booked half board and we were pleased with the food, it was decent at the very least. In terms of improvements, we think the archery person could loosen up a bit and throw a smile for the kids. And the lady at the pottery section was less accommodating and unwelcoming. Otherwise, all was well. There are plenty of activities for the kids and their schedule is well organized but they could work a bit on a way to communicate their events either through an app or some other way because it is easy to miss their activities. Given the chance, we would revisit the place for a longer stay!

When the gentleman, Hossam Hisham, came, he gave me all the first aid to stop the blood from coming out. The security men were told to call an ambulance as soon as possible. The only drawback is the rooms, they need to be updated, but the hotel has already started restoring the rooms, we had a problem with the sewage system, but the hotel staff responded and even offered a gift. Good hotel at a reasonable price. Yes, the rooms are not new, but everything is well cleaned. There is shampoo and shower gels, but you don’t have to bring your own. The staff is friendly, some speak Russian. Aman works on the beach, he’s a cool guy, he speaks Russian, he’ll show you and tell you everything, and he makes sure that the beach is clean. I stayed in room 312 and I was late for checkout, despite that he was friendly and patient with me and I asked to enter the beach and he didn't mind. We came to your hotel again, just like last time we are happy! There are two swimming pools (one for children) with temperature control, the first coastline, gentle sand on the beach and a comfortable entrance to the sea! Animation shows and discos are held every evening for children and adults, Memo and Vitaly conduct sports activities and games, play barrel and jump in water aerobics! The bar has high-quality alcohol and acceptable cuisine! The cleaning is not done well, the room stock needs to be updated, the sockets do not fit our plugs, you need to get an adapter at the reception. Overall the hotel is a solid 4, don’t expect anything amazing, for the money it’s good 👍

We had a family holiday, two adults and a 12 year old child. Excellent value for money. Despite the hotel being closed, the staff worked as expected. The standard room was old, but clean, large and cozy, everything worked. As was written here earlier, there were no problems with the air conditioning and hot water. Large heated pool, very warm. The water in the sea is of course cold in January, but we swam. The food is delicious, but there is not such a variety on the buffet as in Turkey, but no one promised that. There are enough dishes, fish, chicken and meat, there was even lamb. Fresh vegetables, greens, fruits and pies. Everyone had enough of everything. And I repeat, everything is very tasty, the cook is great. The alcohol is also high quality and they do not skimp. There is also white and red wine, a variety of strong drinks, two types of canned beer and three types of cocktails, they will mix it to your taste if you ask from the available alcohol

Hello, I want to share my review of this hotel. We lived from 5.12 to 12.12.24. I'll start with arrival, although we arrived a little earlier than check-in time, we were taken to lunch and after 10 minutes they were told that the room was ready. the staff is wonderful, the food is very tasty, although there is little variety, the alcoholic drinks are excellent, 5 points (compared to Turkey, there are only 3), the beach is large and, most importantly, private, there are enough sun loungers for everyone. The pool is heated, although the sea is not cold either, and this is for a minute, DECEMBER!! Separately, you can highlight the tour operator, who is constantly located near the reception, the prices for tours are lower than those of the Anex tour, also special thanks to the animators, games on the sand in Bochu, darts, water aerobics and of course, an evening disco, competitions and various shows. In general, everything is great! I definitely recommend it.
