F.Went there for the toastmasters international club program. Held inside a conference room. Hi Tea was good with varieties of snacks and tea / coffee and juices. The hotel and the areas were clean and welcoming staff. Overall a pleasant experience.

The rooms are very spacious, Management is superb. The staff is very friendly here, Cleanliness was well maintained, The food served at the food court was "lip-smacking", the chef (Gopal) he has magic in his hands "El Magnífico".
The Guys at the reception "Charles, Bilol, Rose, Argel" are very sweet and professional when it comes to serving the guest.
For Business Men who are visiting, they have office room where you can relax with your laptop and work with high-speed internet with a cup of coffee.

I booked a "premium king room with view" via 'Booking com'
* Brilliant location on Corniche street with an amazing view. The waterfront, supermarket, alnoor mosque, cafés, restaurants.. all within a walking distance.
* I loved the design of the room and the lights.
* Very clean and spacious room.
* Staff are nice, friendly and helpful.
* I liked the general atmosphere.
I really hope that they keep up the level of quality and I will definitely becoming back, Insha'Allah.

s. s.Very good hotel but their staff is not trained . I and to wait an hour to check-in even when I had booked it online
food is just okay, not many options may be because they didn't have full occupancy. My rating is mainly on rooms which are very good.
i.good location ,,good free breakfast , but the beds shed need new because some are tourn up ,,price in dinner need little bit decrease but very juice &tasty steak meet and good chief ,,security man good advice & reception helpful

H. K.Amazing staff, amazing location everything amazing but the pool was a let down. They have an indoor pool(which is great) but its not temperature controlled. Water was so cold we couldn’t enjoy it!

A. M.One of the best Hotel of its category in Sharjah, you can expect 5-start level of service, cleaning, food and hospitality.
This is the second stay, which is better than first stay, they level up in terms of reception service.

M. O.The hotel is extremely clean and the staff are very professional and friendly, especially the professor, Reda, an Egyptian national, and the receptionist, whose name is Lama. I arrived early in the room before the delivery date, and they received me very warmly and gave me the room. Also, the hotel's location is close to the Grand Mosque, the lake, and the Butterfly Park. Services are available, such as Al Khaima Restaurant, Landry Supermarket, and a pharmacy. All of this is accessible without a car. I thank the administration and I will have regular visits whenever I come to Sharjah

The hotel is good but not 5 stars
The bed cover had stains on it and we asked to change it. The air conditioning blared all night and we were unable to sleep with it on.

R. N.Everything was great, but they don’t put towels in the room, you need to call the reception at number 0 and order from them! For this area it’s a little expensive 200 dirhams per night. At the same time, the manager greeted us well and quickly arranged a room for us
S.A beautiful, new hotel with an excellent location, opposite the Corniche
e.A very spacious room with a wonderful view of the lagoon and mosque, a large, very modern bathroom with separate shower and bathtub. Very comfortable mattresses, everything looks very new. And what was really nice for us: there's no carpeting in the room! The breakfast room is very bright and offers a large buffet. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful, and our room attendant, Maria, was always in a good mood. There are many restaurants nearby, all the sights are within walking distance, and a hop-on hop-off bus stops right outside (even on demand). We highly recommend this hotel.
