Had the absolute best experience here! Special thanks to amazing Laura who did such a great job. She asked me different questions to determine the best placement for the piercing taking into consideration my preference. Was a bit anxious due to my previous experience but she made the whole process so smooth and quick that I didn’t even notice when the earring was in my ear. I think I asked her hundreds of questions, sometimes repeating the same ones but she was so sweet and patient about it. I was genuinely surprised by the piercing room. They have astonishing equipment that sterilizes all tools right in front of you. By the time we were done I was absolutely sure that this is the only place I’ll ever go to for another piercing and will definitely make an appointment with Laura again!

Totally amazing experience at Maria Tash. I was super nervous (this being my first piercings) but Maria Tash came highly recommend by friends and they didn't disappoint! I was lucky enough to have Lynn do my piercing, she was kind, professional, calming and frankly a saint for dealing with my nerves! The whole process was so smooth, I left feeling confident I understood my after care instructions and really welcome to come back if there were any issues. As it turns out the piercings have been perfect, no pain, no swelling no nothing so I have just been able to enjoy them. I was so impressed I will be heading back for a second piercing soon with Lynn! The staff in the store were also lovely, took the time to look at earrings with me then all wanted to see the end result - felt like a VIP! Big thanks to Lynn & the team!

**update: was able to go back to Maria Tash and another person was able to help me. She was very sweet and helpful. We discovered that the stud needed to be cleaned thoroughly and the stones weren’t actually missing, thank goodness! Also, I appreciate Maria Tash reaching out to try to resolve the situation. Moral of the story, don’t judge a store based on one employee’s negative attitude and lack of helpfulness. Very unhappy with the quality of product I have received as well as the customer service. Purchased three items from them a few months ago and already the diamonds have popped off of my Tragus stud. When I went back to the Dubai Mall location to let them know what happened I was told they couldn’t do anything about it. Will not be shopping at this store anymore.

UPDATE: The lovely manager at the store took the time to call me and apologize for my experience and that alone made up for my day today. Thank you for taking the time and acknowledging your clients. A small act of kindness goes a long way in my books. Wow, is all I can say really. I’m still in shock at the treatment I received today at this location. I’ve never been made to feel like a waste of breath to a sales associate or that I was actually doing them a favour for being in the store. I’ve shopped here so often and have many pieces of jewellery from here and also piercings. Generally this was a great place with friendly staff but I’m not too sure what has happened, I’m so disappointed by how I got treated today. Unfortunately after being such a loyal customer here I don’t think I’ll be coming back again. I shouldn’t have been made to feel like this. Stunned!

This is a really luxurious piercing place with a very clean and hygienic area to get pierced. I was taken care by very lovely Noor in Dubai Mall and the guys told me how to look after the piercing when I am back home and gave me a bottle of wound wash. They sterilized the earring and showed me how they did. They have a very neat systematic procedure which gives a big relief. I am totally recommending this place but do not forget as the place is “luxurious” as it states the jewellery is expensive (they do not accept jewellery from outside as it is understandable considering hygiene procedures) and be prepared to pay “some” for a new piercing. Most of the jewellery is either gold plated or have diamonds on them. The most exciting part is they do not only pierce you but also give consultation regarding the best places on your ear/nose whatever that will look the best. So you do not walk by and asked to be pierced somewhere that can look tacky but get consulted before so you are perfectly pierced in the perfect places.
