Automatic transmission tickets based on debit and credit card along with service counter for cash buying you can also buy tickets on mobile. Parking is direct and separate for cinema within the Dubai mall parking. Food is available and neat clean washrooms. Seats we’re comfortable but no sofa seats available. Overall picture and sound quality is good.

I made a mistake and booked my movie ticket for Dubai Mall instead of Dubai Marina Mall. But the staffs at Reel Cinemas Dubai Marina Mall were incredibly understanding and supportive! Despite my mistake, the staff went out of their way to assist me. They kindly offered me options to either watch any available movie at their location (although the one I wanted wasn't playing) or provided me with a gift voucher equivalent to the ticket value for later use. I opted for the gift voucher, and I'm so grateful for their flexibility and kindness. This level of customer service is truly remarkable and sets Reel Cinemas apart from the rest. I highly recommend this cinema for not only their excellent facilities but also their outstanding customer care. Kudos to the team!
