great walk, with every step you gain a new perspective on Marina Beach, be careful to follow the lanes for scooters or bicycles and also be careful not to step on them, as the passage is periodically stepped... many people were looking at their phones and were then surprised by a bad step while walking unfocused... beautiful 😉😊

Amazing Beach full of shops, coffee shops, restaurants, water activities. It doesn't give you Maldives vibes, but the entertainment around the beach and walks are top notch. Showers are 5 dirham, free feet wash fountain next to the beach. Parking avg 60 dirham for 2 hours. It's probably one of the best things to do in Dubai around the fall & winter months.

31st December 2024 was a beautiful day at JBR. With drone shows, fireworks, music private parties, lots of people gathered here for the celebration of the events. Metro, Tram were full of crowd.

If you're seeking for water adventures, or even just to relax along the coastline or go for a walk , well JBR Beach is the place for everyone. The place was so lively and very energetic, lots of tourists and even Dubai Residents visit's the place to unwind. There are lots of options for a Hotel to stay if you decide to stay for few days or nights. Coffee shops and cosy restaurants are just around the corner to have a quick bite. After relaxation from the beach you can also visit the Beach mall for you for a quick shopping galore. Overall it was a good experience to visit this place and if you really love to swim then im sure you'll love this place.

This is a very trendy place to visit in Dubai. See all the Lamborghinis and Ferraris and beautiful people on the promenade, beach and restaurants. Come here for a tan on the beach or simply to enjoy the vibe. It's much cooler in the evening when the sun's gone down for an evening stroll though! If driving, I parked in an underground carpark right next to the beach entrance for 50 Dirhams valid for 8 hours.

JBR has all types of restaurants and shops however it gets crazy busy on weekends so I prefer to go to Kite Beach. JBR has a nice vibe but the traffic is terrible to get into as well as if you want to go opposite to Blue Waters. There is cheesecake factory restaurant which I highly recommend and PF Chang's. From time to time there are drone and fireworks shows which is nice to see but I stay away because of the chaos of the traffic.

JBR is a beautiful neighbourhood and it’s a vibe. Esp at night. The place is dotted with beautiful restaurants. Right in front is blue water with AIN Dubai. There is a very nice boardwalk with goes all the way to blue water via a pedestrian walkway. Great place to spend some time in evening or night.

Unacceptable Beach Management! The beach itself is decent—not too dirty—but as a Dubai municipality, do you really prefer to have rows of empty sunbeds rather than charging a reasonable price for them? It makes no sense! On weekends, many workers come to swim, and while I have no issue with that, I certainly do not want to see them changing clothes in their underwear right in front of our kids! Where is the basic decency and enforcement of proper facilities for changing? And charging for a shower? Seriously? When you provide no real services on this beach? This is completely unreasonable!

This place has some different vibes. Looks like some European walk way especially during winters. The gentry of people also seems to be different. Though they are very well behaved all over the UAE, particularly here, they seems to be more rich and well mannered. The view of Dubai eye at blue waters adds to the majestic experience. Wanted to deduct one star for only one concern... That is finding a parking space which is very very expensive. But can add many stars for rest of the things here. Side street parking costs 50 - 100 AED per hour. Thats massive!! You will find paid parking just below Roxy cinema but that too costs 20 AED per hour. Plenty of restaurants around the beach but all have prices higher then any other similar restaurant somewhere else. May be this comes as an overall cumulation of posh locality and enriched culture. So its acceptable. Just don't spend on dining if you don't wish to. Must visit beach in Dubai for different experience..

Must visit beach/ attraction/ walk in Dubai. Best time to visit is to view the sunset or during night. Have fancy restaurants,clubs, fancy dinner places, sports bars, coffee shops, hotel, water sports activity, along the beach side. Also can visit bluewaters island by taking a picturesque bridge and can visit Ain Dubai (Dubai eye - giant wheel)

Yes, it was overcrowded on Saturday - but within acceptable limits for such public beach 🙂 Sunbeds were available and clean, however its rental cost is questionable (125 AED for single and 230AED for double). We also ordered some food through QR code from the beach table - it was good and we didn’t wait long.

Such a good beach. It’s clean. It feels good. So many eatery options nearby. Spending evening just sitting here is a treat. You MUST visit if you happen to be in Dubai. Also, there’s bluewaters island nearby for which you can find a yacht ride from here. It’s got a giant wheel as you see in the pictures.

JBR Beach has a good location with nice views and plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby. However, it can get very crowded, especially on weekends. The biggest downside was the murky water and floating trash, which really spoiled the experience. More shade and better maintenance of the beach would make a big difference. Overall, it’s an okay spot, but definitely not as clean as we expected.

Lovely stretch of the beach where you walk along nice range of fancy restaurants on one side, and beautiful ocean views on the other, flecked with a few ships on dock or the collies of the hotels along the shoreline at night. Beautiful experience. Could do with a couple more fun stuff at the beach front too. There are ice cream vendors and sand artists etc all along but not much to just sit back chill unless you go to the restaurants

A beautiful beach midst of Dubai landscape. You can view the beautiful skyline and Ain Dubai . In between are the lounges .....it's really good to spend winter evenings as well as summer. The Drawn show of DSF is super attractions of this time, which happen for 10minutes @7pm and 9:30pm

Sand is eroding rather fast and shame that dubaibproperties don't fix it. Very overcrowded on week ends. Just a small caution, do not pick up seashells please nothing worse then seeing people pick up 1 kilo of these as a souvenir when they are needed in the sea for biodiversity (I think)

I will leave a review for those who want to know more about this beach. LOVED THE BEACH! I came to this beach for a vacation at the beginning of February 2025, with my wife and child (I came here straight from Siberia, from Ugra, from -25 to +25) and this beach was the first thing we visited! 1. The sand is wonderful, just like in the bounty advertisement. White, pleasant to walk on, with lots of shells to collect and admire. 2. The sea or more precisely the Bay - Wonderful! The entrance to the water is gentle and there is a lot of shallow space, which is why the water warmed up to +23C in early February, which was more than acceptable for swimming with the whole family. The water itself is clean, salty, pleasant. Yes, of course, some small debris appears when there are a lot of people, but it’s still nice to swim. And we didn’t get poisoned even once in 7 days (unlike Sochi, where rotavirus was caught in the sea almost immediately). And due to the white sand, the water for the first 15-20 meters is turquoise, delicate in color. You can't take your eyes off how beautiful it is. Of course, there are algae, but again, not critical: 15-20 meters the water is clear, without them, and then further on algae could be seen below and the water was already becoming darker. But I didn’t swim that far, just to them and back. There were no jellyfish or other living creatures (I don’t count small fish). Although there were birds. Ahah! A few crows and some jays, and a huge number of seagulls! They generally feel like they're at home there. If you don’t feed them, then of course they don’t really walk on the sand, but in the water they constantly move with you. They catch fish, swim, yell. Of course, the first day it was unusual that there were so many of them, but then I got used to it. They even fed me. 3. Facilities - There is a free toilet, locker room (men's and women's), foot washing area and paid shower. They are located in arched houses, brown in color. stylized wood. (I will attach a photo below). 4. There is an inflatable water park or something like that. A long, large, inflatable obstacle course, trampolines, slides, but children under 6 years old are not allowed, even if accompanied by adults. 5. There is a children's playground. Beautiful! Slides, swings, walls to climb, lots of sand to poke around and always a lot of children, which creates a pleasant and fun atmosphere. My child played there both during the day and in the evening. It seems that everything is based on specific facts. In general, I would like to add that the atmosphere on the beach, as in the entire area, is cosmopolitan, friendly, pleasant, conducive to kindness, communication, and absorbing the energy of the world. Even my child, who was shy at home and not particularly inclined to make friends, changed after a few days here! He began to approach other children himself, make acquaintances, play with a twinkle in his eyes, even though he did not understand the language and every time there were new friends from new countries. So, through him we met a wonderful family from Iran. In general, there is goodness and joy in my soul when I remember JBR Marina Beach, I want to come back again, albeit with improved English, in order to communicate and get to know people as much as possible. Thanks to Dubai and the Arab world for such a place.

The city has many hotspots JBR is one of them. Beautiful beach bars with a great view of the beach and the Ferris wheel. Expensive cars drive around in the evening and the owners want to be seen behind the wheel. If you go in the evening, keep in mind that there is often a traffic jam and parking is expensive and difficult. Many families visit this wonderful part of Dubai.

JBR Beach is the area where the most active life of Dubai is located. The back of the beach part consists of a 7 km long canal. It is a free public beach, full of shopping places such as cafes, Dubai Marina Mall. Ain is a great destination area adjacent to Dubai. Those who will have a Dubai holiday and rent a house should definitely choose this area. It is very close to public transportation, metro and has many activities.
