Great experience ! I have only been to this cinema once and it was such a good experience !! This cinema has 5 standard cinema halls and I think 2 to 3 vip halls with a vip lounge and the normal lounge . I also want to mention that this cinema is very wheelchair friendly as you can see in the seating plan . Today was the third day after the release of movie Moana 2 and every cinema was very crowded and it was on a weekend day . This cinema was the only cinema that was uncrowded . I got tickets for the standard hall and as I went inside I was amazed by how quiet and peaceful the place was . Besides that , the staff were very polite and friendly . As for the food I only tried the slushy and it was good but I prefer the Vox cinema slush because it has more syrup . I came to the conclusion that this cinema is a very peaceful and cozy cinema to watch your movie although the one in Dubai hills mall is bigger .

Ladies Night is amazing 🤩 the moment I stepped with my friends to the lounge ,staff are so welcoming , they assisted us with getting out printed tickets , they guided us to set, then we got our starters , I loved the mohito 👌👌👌 I got a goodies as well for skin products, Then the cinema theater was awesome 🤩 The seats are so comfortable they provided us with blankets, Popcorn ,drink and main dish, To be honest I didn’t finish my food it was a lot, and while leaving the cinema they helped us with the parking stamp 🙏 I love the experience and itis highly recommended 👌👌👌🩷🩷🩷🩷🩷

I used to come to Roxy City Walk until your branch in Dubai hills mall were opened. I guess Roxy City walk needs a renovation. But tonight I had a wonderful experience with you when Mr. Solomon was a great help to me when I tried to use the Roxy App, and it wasn't working, besides his big efforts in suggesting what to have for food & beverages to enjoy watching movies time. I admire his hard work, his outgoing personality, and politeness. Knowing that you have a staff like him would make me come back to you again. Thank you all for your hard work. I suggest you add peach ice tea , raspberry ice tea, and lemon ice tea to the beverages menu so that people can have a wide variety of choices to choose from.

This cinema had very comfortable seats and nice picture quality. Chairs can be reclined and has space for placing bags on your side. Snacks selection were fine too. Their waiting area was large and comfy too. Will defenitely return to this branch of Roxy Cinema since I tried their other branches and for the same price the facilities here was better.

Me and my husband having a great experienced we got from Roxy cinema in City walk. The cinema itself was really amazing and very comfortable from the concierge to theater. The movie sounds and viewing was great too. And all the staffs are very accommodating and friendly specially Mr. Adel and Ms. Anna. The food, popcorn and hotdog sandwich served perfectly. Roxy Cinema platinum in City Walk offers a nice, cozy experience with good food and a pleasant atmosphere. However, I was disappointed by the cleanliness of the chairs. They were quite dusty, and you could actually smell the dust in the air, which affected my overall comfort. A deep clean is definitely needed. Additionally, they don't provide pillows, so my neck was hurting the entire time. If they address these issues, it could be a much better experience.

My husband mistakenly booked a deadpool movie, we had already watched it, so we talked to the African lady and she changed it to it ends with us. It was a perfect movie for couples she selected for us. If i’m not mistaken her name is Millicent, or I might have seen it wrong. Clean, modern and spacious. The reclining chairs seemed to require some force to push back and for smaller people that might be an issue rather than a chair with a button. The staff were good , maybe more than one on the concessions stand would have been better but still a nice cinema.

Platinum tickets were taken for me … we entered to the cinema and you will never get lost .. very helpful ppl. I ordered from the theater on the application and did the payment . I ordered soft drinks and mistaken by adding one more … as a refund I choose to buy chocolate bar instead.. The chairs are very comfortable which helps to keep you in the mood to watch the movie .

Very nice clean and well maintained. It's inside the city walk and the ticket counter is same as the food counter. We were a little confused as the first timers so mentioned. It's on first floor and so are the halls. The screen arena are small and gives feel of exclusivity. The seating is clean well maintained and not over used or worn off like others. A must go for movie lovers

My first time visiting and it was an awesome cinema experience! I don't enjoy avoid super busy cinemas and this was the main reason I picked Roxy to watch the latest 007! Seating is comfortable and no complaints about the picture and sound. Concessions are standard as well. We got a free large popcorn since we used their app. They even have a cool merchandise area where you can get movie related items (mainly DCU) 10/10 would visit again

We went to see the latest Avatar movie in one of the premium cinemas. The cinema is intimate (not massive), infact, just the right size. The seats are very comfortable and the screen size is just right. I must say the sound is sensational, really bring the movie to life. I Am A Student of Canadian University approaching a staff name Michelle she is very sweet and kind like my mother. We want to used our CUD discount but she told us available only on Weekdays not on the weekend we never go wrong on asking cause we really want to watch dune part 2..We buy the tickets now but in what way we can save our money we are students..Michelle asking us if we have our Emirates NBD to proceed the transaction and she let us show the cards available for 20% discount..We feel wow not all the staff asking for any cards like ENBD or Esaad card or something..She is So Sweet and really the Bes in Cinema...Michelle Rakam Waheed.

This is my first time visiting this cinema, as it was an organised event to watch the first showing of Black Panther 2. I had a nice time there and the popcorn was decent. I would go there again because it is well situated around restaurants & live entertainment at time. But overall, it has a great atmosphere around this area.

Overall excellent experience ill start the sofa chairs in platinum. They are by far the comfiest sofa chairs I've ever sat on. You are able to extend all the way out almost completely horizontally they also come with a blanket and pillow. The quality of the image was perfect along with the sound the Dolby system gives off it superb. The only critique I can give is the service as we had ordered some water that never came other than that I would give 5 stars.

Boutique Cinema is how I'd describe it. It's new, its fancy and it's good great offers. they are on the entertainer app this year( hope they @stay next year). The feel is quite Dubai at Roxy, plush seats open spaces, not that the other brands dont offer something similar but with them it's all standard. Its bit too crowded which can be a concern meaning they may go out of business but till it's around, I say enjoy it.

It remains the exact same place as the preceding Real Cinema's. The ticket price is still low, out competing any other cinema in the area. Of course the film selection is always on point screening all recent movies permitted in the UAE. The food catering is extensive and very good. The seats are comfortable and clean. However the bottom row seats take make you have to tilt your head backward quite straining for your neck and takes away from the cinema experience. The biggest problem is that it can be very busy and I recommend pre-booing seats on busy nights to avoid disappointment. Overall the experience is very all-round and I rate a well deserved 5 star.

A cinema that shows films at different times... The cinema is small, with approximately 6 halls, all of which are the same size, with chairs. You can book at the counter or machine, per person for approximately 110 dirhams, and it has a small restaurant. I did not notice any signs regarding the exits, some of which take you to the main street directly after the movie.
