We had a wonderful time at The Theatre for Hans Zimmer's movie. The seats are so comfortable, especially the heating feature. The food was also top-tier and the whole family enjoyed what they ordered. A special shoutout to Jeffrey who was fantastic, really welcoming and made the experience even better!

Very grateful to Khalid at VOX Cinemas, Mall of the Emirates, Screen 17. We went to see Captain America today and lost our credit card. When we realized it was missing, we went back to the ticket scanning area and informed Khalid. There was a show going on at the time, so he took our contact details. My favorite place to enjoy the movie while you enjoy your meal on finger tip menu and easy to make you choice good place for group of friends 👍👍, but i always have a comment on the vip zone the AC is too strong and it could be difficult if you got to stay the hall movie without break but overall its good experience

First time visiting to Theatre at The Vox cinema Mall of the emirates after they did the renovation, i love their new look and interior design! The Cinema itself looks fresh and elegant better seats than any other cinemas in the UAE, perfect recliner, seat warmer, comfortable thick duvet blanket. The service was amazing too! Muhammed really took a good care of us and make sure everything was ok and he gave good recommendations too on the menu (we had lunch there). They gave us thank you chocolate at the exit. 🤤 Highly recommend to try and you will not regret. worth of every dirhams.

The theatre was good but bad experience with online food order and i have ordered and reached for collection and no one is responding worst customer care in delivering food and its almost 20 minutes to prepare simple nachoos and seems they dont care and asking every one but no response

Really nice experience with VOX Cinemas Mall of the Emirates..The theater is mind blowing, it's so huge and sparkling .. You will flying in the word of movies. Many different types of theaters there: the standard, IMAX, kids,4DX and more so you can see your movie the style that you want. Alot of snacks also : popcorn, nachos, icecream,hotdogs, potato chips, chocolates, cakes and many many more in addition to the refreshments also: slashs, normal drinks, juices,coffee and more. In side the theater, the seats are comfy and cozy but it was little bit cold and thanks God that I got our jackets with us. The staff are really welcoming and always smiling which we really liked about them, they added a nice touch to our experience. Toilets are clean and neat and different design from other toilet and unlucky I couldn't take photos for that since it was ladies washroom.

Nice cinema, but the 4DX screen is a bit dated with a non laser projector and Dolby 7.1 system and not Dolby Atmos. The actual experience is still exciting so you will have fun, but it does need a refresh.

Best place to order snacks for movie nights if you are not in the mood to go to the cinema. Their popcorn is always tasty and fresh and their nachos are also an amazing extra snack to have.

One Place for everything. From luxury to affordable. From Oppo to Iphone. From Hardee's to Chicking. The mall is famous for its VOX cinemas, where you can view all sorts of films from normal screen to IMAX to 4DX. Sound quality is fabulous. Mall has all sorts of connectivity from metro to buses and has a huge parking lot for cars.

One of my favourite places for a movie night . They have various experiences from basic to premium whichever suits you best and the best thing is you don’t have to queue just download the app and manage your booking, order your food and beverage in advance for a seamless experience. More promotions should be added tho for wider audience like before , not only for premium card holders . You can also improve your app with a face sign in or something for even smoother process cause honestly it’s becoming annoying the need to input your email address and password every time I want to use the app … think about it

I booked online to make sure I got a good seat. Reserved and paid on Vox app. Also had choices of paying for food to get it delivered to my seat. When I arrived 20 min before I added more food and they told me they would add it to the box I had already ordered so I didn't have to wait. There was 2 other women in the whole theatre. Clean, nice and they had strict social distancing in there which is great.

The area with food court in front of the cinema is wonderful, many places where You may seat or have a dinner. What can I say about hall inside, so there are comfy armchairs, nice choice of menu, if you buy pop corn earlier, you may choose an option to pick up it later, right before the movie session. From the disadvantages, it's really smells moisture in the 4th hall, very long unnecessary advertise before the movie and frozen A/C working.

Fantastic cinema, great service and very accommodating customer service team. My only issue is that the Magnum Bar should be removed from the front of the vox cinema. It ruins the aesthetics and the space for cinema goers to wait for the movie they will be watching is gone.

A very beautiful cinema however one small suggestion is that there should be free seating arrangement outside the cinema. I reached here quite early and had to wait for my family to join me and I have a back issue. There was absolutely nowhere to sit except a restaurant where I did not want to sit without buying anything. We were to have snacks at the movies. dear vox please take my suggestion into consideration 🙏☺️

The Cinema is great and comfortable. Their cheese pop corn is the best. The caramel flavor is good too. I am writing the review not only for the Cinema but especially for Top Bun restaurant in the cinema. They have the most delicious chicken burger I have ever eaten 😍 I always order the Chicken N’ Slaw burger which is large and very tasty. This time I tried the mozzarella sticks. It was good, nothing special about it. They sent me a little treat of Cheese pop corn and Oman chips❤️ You have to try Top bun restaurant and you won’t regret.
