Had some pizza, which was good but a bit of a huge crust (very fluffy) that given the size I would have hoped it was filled with ricotta (it was not), and tried the lotus and pistacchio tiramisú (the coffee was a bit dominant compared to the pistacchio unfortunately) the texture was a hint too liquid but the taste was overall good. Service was good, super kind staff taking care of the customers. Overall recommend, maybe not my fave style of pizza but still a very good option to switch it up time to time.

To start with! Staff is very friendly and cheerful and we liked so much. Pizza is good! However the base is too thin which gets witty very quick (check attached pepperoni picture as example). Picture taken after 15 minutes. Prices are high to be honest! Example truffle pizza cost AED 125 / 33$ approx that’s to pricy! Kids meals chicken tenders (picture attached) cost AED 59 / $16 and it’s FROZEN! That’s shame to get three frozen chicken for this price! At least paying this I expect my kids to be served with fresh They have Esaad’s discount which is good.

As the name suggests, the experience was POSITIVELY naughty :) I must pass my appreciation to the owner BART and his great team. I learned a lot of knowledge. Along with my brothers, we enjoyed the experience of Neapolitan Pizza made in its fine ingredients and just right cooking in the authentic over within 90 seconds of high temp. This place has a LOT to offer in terms of pizza types they will surely suit the taste of many pizza lovers. The tiramisu is another surprise. Add to that the freshly made cannoli. Thanks and I’ll repeat the visit to this nicely decorated and located place.

We visited this place having heard great things about the pizza. I ordered the Cucozza and I hadn’t appreciated the gorgonzola was blue cheese. Unfortunately the pizza really strong and overpowering so I fed that back and informed them I unfortunately couldn’t eat the pizza. After some conversation the waiter first said would need to still charge for it. Then he bought the head chef out who just kept talking about the type of cheese it was and justifying the pizza. There was no listening taking place, no understanding of the fact that I had only said I didn’t like it because it was overpowering for me and therefore couldn’t eat it. He went on to say he could change it for something else but still had to charge for the pizza and they always have customers coming in. His failure to just listen was what really annoyed me. I found the customer service poor in that regard - particularly given this is Dubai and everywhere else I have eaten or dined, restaurants and staff they go out of their way to please the customer. I did get annoyed at the head chef and said I would review this. My daughter then heard him mutter ‘whatever’ under his breath. If you want repeat customers, treat them with respect. The only reason I have given this place 3* and not 1* is because of the other staff at the restaurant and the supervisor who then apologised and wanted to make things right. The waiters and staff were brilliant. The head chef really needs to learn what customer service means in dubai and I would urge management that he learns this from the waiters and staff on the restaurant floor serving customers.

The best pizza I’ve had in dubai ( so far )warm and welcoming staff, who were so sincere in their approach with you, aren't enough, then just let these fresh, incredibly flavoursome pizzas and Mocktails to blow your socks off! I can't wait to go back.. The ingredients were of good quality and the pizza was not greasy at all! Easy to digest and right amount of portion, so you won’t feel super heavy and full after the meal but will still be pretty satisfied!!

I went to eat here with high expectations (due to the 4.9 rating) but was not as satisfied While the service is good I felt that the pizzas were average. I think there are restaurants in Dubai that serve better Neapolitan style pizzas Although their crust was quite nice, the sauce and the dough lacked salt. I also did not like the tomato sauce they used on the pizzas My husband had ordered a pepperoni and I a Margherita. The server had cut my husband’s pepperoni pizza first and used the same scissor to cut mine afterwards. While i am ok with this casual cross contamination, can’t imagine most vegetarians being ok with it. My advice would be to use different scissors for vegetarian and non vegetarian items

Ive been a massive fan of this pizza for weeks now and was ordering it regularly to my apartment in business bay, I wanted to try the place out in person so I went to their restaurant and was amazed by the venue and the staff (John was excellent from start to finish). The food quality was top notch as always but the atmosphere this place has managed to create was the icing on the cake for me. Their outdoor seating with fairy lights surrounded by the business bay towers makes this place an absolute vibe. I've basically tried most pizzas on the menu and honestly can't decide which one is my favorite, every pizza has something unique about it, my favorite two pizzas are the Brontese and the Tartufella (be naughty and add a buratta to the Tartufella to change things up, I call this my creation named the Naughty Alessio Pizza) 😈 I absolutely love this place and I can clearly say this is the best pizza you'll ever have in Dubai! (Beats most pizza places in Europe and the UK too) Will surely be back for more, please add alcohol to the menu and let's get naughty!🍻

Nice and secluded place, the waiters were very kind with the coffee, no water was brought to us (from an Italian restaurant I expected there would be) the pizzas were very good, but mine with pistachio was slightly acidic, the margherita was fantastic! Very good tiramisu, particular cannoli doesn't really recall Italian tastes, otherwise pleasant experience and super courteous owner! The price is really HONEST, reminding us that we are in Dubai!

We had dinner that evening around 8 p.m. and made reservations online beforehand, which worked well. When we arrived we were greeted very friendly by our waitress and taken to our table. All the waiters who served us were very competent and friendly. The restaurant is very clean and the toilets/washrooms are also clean. The restaurant is very nicely decorated and makes an inviting, urban impression. After ordering, we received a small bowl of olives and, after a short time, our starter. For the main course we had the 5 Formaggi Pizza and Gnocchi Sorrentina. Both dishes were excellent and the quantity was sufficient. Afterwards we had coffee and it was also good. All in all a top restaurant at fair prices. It is located a bit away from the main road, so it is relatively quiet and pleasant to sit outdoors. There is music playing, but it wasn't disturbing for us. The restaurant is a must visit :)

Very good pizza, Neapolitan style with a crust. You can see that the dough is well worked and the pizza is tasty. I recommend the one with truffle and mushrooms. Tried it by chance and we will definitely be back. The tiramisu was also quite good, perhaps just a little too bitter and the mascarpone not as creamy as I expected.
