I have had exceptional service from the Rare team. I stayed with them long term and they were incredibly accommodating and always helpful. Sarah has been especially professional and always willing to go the extra mile no matter what time of day. During my stay Noreen and her cleaning team have also been so good always ensuring things were clean and perfect. Really great service throughout my stay. Highly recommend them.

If I could, I would give even more stars to this amazing agency. They were absolutely exceptional! Every time I messaged Sarah, she was always very professional, attentive, and sweet. Anything I needed regarding maintenance was addressed the same day. The maintenance team is very friendly and respectful as well. We had an issue with the washing machine, and they replaced it with a brand new one within a few days. The studio itself is very nice, peaceful, and cozy. The bed is super comfy, and the internet is great. It even has a huge TV with Netflix included. I highly recommend this real estate agency. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Our stay at 1 bdr apartment in Marina Quay West was beyond our expectations. The check in/out instructions were clear and concise. We arrived late at night, however, security guy was available in ythe lobby to greet us in. The unit itself was very clean and welcoming, equipped with everything you need for comfortable stay. The view from the windows was spectacular, especially at night. Later we found out that location couldn’t be better- on the canal right in the middle of Dubai Marina - making it very easy to access either beach, Marina Mall, Metro or Tram, a lot of places for breakfast, lunch or dinner around. Also the kitchen was fully equipped for cooking yourself. We really enjoyed our stay there. And if we ever come back to Dubai, we definitely will stay here with RARE HOMES! Thank you!

My AC unit failed with 46 degrees outside. The compressor had failed which is a big and expensive job. RARE were able to liaise with the landlord, get approval and get the compressor replaced without delay. Good service.
