Reviews of Al Hallab Restaurant & Sweets
Very tasty food and service.
Kibbeh nayee was awesome.Hommos also and the meat shawarma.
Good restaurant.
Nice Lebanese cuisine.
Recommended…!
From the top Lebanease restaurant in Dubai, have visited him twice a must try in Dubai!
The famous raw kebbe is iconic
The food and ambience was amazing
We ordered fatoush, humus with fluffy bread, mix grill meat, lamb chops, stuffed lamb and toshka everything was 10/10
Mafroukeh pistachio dessert must try
Black tea with mint is a rip off ( 17aed ) per cup
Good food , nice space , good service and ambience .I love the way the guys treated us and served . Hats off to the staff . I have tried veg and non veg delicacies . I would rate most 5 out of 5. Juices were fresh . Manakish was little cold
The food was too salty. Had to call servers more than 3 times for them to attend us
We have been costumer for years now. The best thing about the place is how friendly the waiters are and the consistency in the taste of the food. The place is always packed yet they always find a way to find us a table. Proper Lebanese quality food.
This is the best Arabic restaurant in Dubai. It’s always my first choice, I’ve been visiting the restaurant for over probably 20 years, always been the same from day one until today serving the best ever food and best hospitality experience.
I also would like to highlight that Al HALLAB staff are the most respectful people, treating their customers with high respect and excellent behavior.
Keep up with the great work
Very Authentic in style and very tasty in food. Please t place to be for Labineise cousin and a separate place for Shisha and smoking.
Uploading the dishes I have tried there and they were all mouth watering. Place worth a visit.
Parking is available most of the time while it can be little crowded during weekends and specially the dinner time. Very friendly staff and well mannered. You can watch a game too
Awesome food quality, flavours and taste. Great service. A bit too noisy. Could use some music playing in the background
Al hallab used to be one of the best Lebanese restaurants in town however I've visit recently after a long time and i was very disappointed of the food quality. The starters are good but the meat grills are thin like the kebab and the lamb chops. The chicken shish tawook still taste delicious like it used to be. No doubt the new location is nice with beautiful atmosphere if it's not crowded.
One of the best lebanese restaurants in Dubai , highly recommended
Dood quality , Value for money , speed of service , atmosphere all are excellent
Soup and starters are good but mixed grill was over spiced which burned my stomach all night long. Service is a bit weird that waiters doesn’t bother to speak English even though they can. I will give a try to another branches as well.
Al Hallab Restaurant offers a delightful culinary experience. Their Hummas Fattah is perfect—creamy and well-balanced. The Kenafah is delicious, staying true to its original recipe. The restaurant's commitment to authenticity shines through. With a warm ambiance and attentive service, Al Hallab is a must-visit for exceptional Middle Eastern cuisine.
The best lebanese food inthe city . If you looking to enjoy your Iftar with mouthwatering dishes it is the right choice. As well the service is top-notch. Well done Hallab Garhoud !
We have eaten here many times. The food is always fresh and wonderful. The service and staff is professional and helpful.
Absolutely recommend it!! The stuffed lamb is the best lamb dish I've tasted in Dubai. We were served by Ammar, a very professional waiter and kind person.
We will definitely go back (soon!!)
Absolutely amazing experience! Great food and service by Johnny. Loved Arabic sweets with fresh cream the most. Thank you
Excellent taste and environment. Would love to visit again!
Fantastic food and service. A little on the expensive side but you do realise what you are paying for. Their food is fresh and bread baked in-house is great
I couldn't eat Shawirma due to long time i have to wait which is not applicable for short visit with guests! Little bit over priced for some items such a cup of tea is 17 dhs and if you're 5 persons dining that's 85 dhs for tea only. But generally it's a good restaurant and I like it.
Always and always the place to be for Lebanese food and desserts. This place is a heritage in dubai as it was the first Hallab to open in Dubai and extended into 4 successful branches.
Genuine taste, perfect presentation and amazing service
I ordered to go, the service was quick.
Shawarma Meat 10/10 it was delicious
Hummas 9/10 tasted good, lost a point for lack of sourness as I like it to be more on that side
Labenah with Garlic was 10/10 perfectly balanced
Bread felt a bit old 2/10 extremely dry
Packaging wise it was very well packed and very much appreciated the sticker that identified the 'meat shawarma'. For if my order was biger than that I would be opening one parcel after the other trying to find what's what.
Overall I rate it 3.5 out of 5 . I do recommend the place as the food taste good and its well priced

Great experience my guest had a blast the set menu was great, food was tasty definitely would recommend
Very good arabic (lebanese) restaurant and sweets place. I love their shawarmas. The meet is very soft and delicious. Everytime I have family or friend coming to Dubai, we definitely visit All Hallab either in Garhoud or Dubai mall (with good view overlooking dancing fountains).
Their sweets are different story. It is so, so good.
I don’t know how they make them so good.
Also try their ice creams. Really yummy.
Al Hallab Restaurant & Sweets in Garhoud offers an exceptional dining experience! The food is fresh, flavorful, and authentic, with standout dishes like the Mixed Grill, Hummus with Meat, and Fattoush. Their fresh juices are also worth trying. The highlight, of course, is the desserts—especially the Kunafa and Baklava, which are absolutely divine. The service is fast and friendly, and the ambiance is perfect for both families and friends. Highly recommend for anyone looking for top-quality Lebanese cuisine!
We had the chicken shawarma, hummus and fattoush salad. Everything tasted delicious and the service was good. The veggies tasted very fresh and the meat quality was excellent. Our personal favourite would be the hummus.
This restaurant has a good balcony view while you enjoy your food also enjoy the Dubai fountain. We ordered salad and fattoush, falafel with Hummus pita bread.
Overall It's a pocket friendly restaurant.
Great place to enjoy with family and friends. Classy, yet very chill. Staff is great and helpful.
Al Hallab is my favorite Lebanese restaurant! The food is absolutely phenomenal—each dish is packed with authentic flavors that transport you straigh to Lebanon. I highly recommend their desserts, its one of the best I’ve ever had.
While the food deserves a solid 5 stars, I’d rate the service and ambiance at 4 stars. The staff was friendly and attentive, but there were a few moments where we had to wait longer than expected to be served. The ambiance is nice, but I have been to cozier lebenese restaurants.
Overall, I love this place for the incredible food and will definitely be back for more. Highly recommend it to anyone craving authentic Lebanese cuisine!
Great place , great service , delicious food, and cheap
If I tell you (after all the restaurants I did in my life and I only reviewed 1%)
This is MY Favorite Lebanese restaurant in the world.
Probably you should trust me. Since I discovered it back to 2013, it remained my favorite ever and the owner Mr Ghassan is a real passionate man, very demanding to keep the quality high.
I recommend all daily dishes, grilled meat sandwiches, shawarma (both), tawouk.
And despite not liking the Arabic sweets who usually are just very fat and sweet. At Ghassan Al Hallab, it's exactly what you can expect in paradise.
Try Ma3moul Mad Achta, Halawet El Jibn, all Ma3mouls and thank me later.
I forgot to take photos but will pass again for sure and update my comment 😉
We had a lemon and mint fresh juice which was very good and the chicken shawarma which was delicious. We enjoyed the ambiance and the experience!

Food , Sweets and confectionary all are served fresh. Ambience is good. Restaurant is spacious and cosy.
Very authentic food. Good, fast service. Good value/price. Lots of baklava and deserts downstairs.
Overall a nice experience for a premium price. We got Escalope, Manaqesh and grills, all were delicious and on pair with other similar Levant restaurants.
The prices are on the higher side though and the service is ok. The restaurant's parkings are paid.
Amazing food..... full of flavours!! Enjoyed every bite. Their mix grill is always a 👍 and lamb chops is love!
The best Lebanese restaurant in Dubai. Best food and very friendly and professional staff.
Need your lebanese food cravings to be satisfied? Al Hallab would be my go-to without a thought.
Starting with cold appetizers, their hummus' moutabal is one of the best that i have had in Dubai.
Their mixed grill has a perfect ratio of beef and chicken. The grill has the juicy sheesh tawook, grilled chicken and beef kebabs, lamp chops and the best of medium rare beef botis.
We also ordered beef kebabs with pine nuts. This too had the perfect blend of spices and was grilled to perfection.
Would recommend this place to anyone anytime.
Awesome ambience, excellent lebanese cuisine, remarkable service.. no complains and a must visit
Wonderful restaurant. Lebanese food. Ideally located. Parking maybe a problem during office working times as there is no dedicated parking for the restaurant. Food and service was excellent
The food was so good , though the staff was super rude , bit on the expensive side but worth it for a good dinner
I like the restaurant and food is very delicious. But there is no much variety if iftar buffet
A fine dining Arabic Restaurant. Furthermore, they've got a dessert & bakery counter as well. Their Fatoush and Hummus Fateh is really good. Ku Aden was below average for me. Nonetheless, a must try for Arabic cuisine!
If you want delicious food, wonderful presentation, wonderful service, and a fun place, you should try Al Hallab in Al Garhoud, a Lebanese restaurant that I have been visiting since 2011 until now. The food there and the quality is excellent. It deserves more than five stars. The service is professional and the price is very suitable for the quality of the food.
Very nice place, food is really yummy!!
Brother Farooq was really friendly and helpful as well!! JazakAllah, will come again in sha Allah!
Came twice, family loved the food but I am personally not a fan. No service before food, but staff are friendly and prices are reasonable
Esmat and Paul highly appreciate kind and professional service and good food
Near by Dubai airport, i like the hummus and mix grill also the tabula good ..
Was there the very first time. Nice Shisha, nice atmosphere.
The food is absolutely amazing! The grilled food is very good and I highly recommend it. I've tried most of the grill places and labanese food. This one at Hallab is very nice. I recommend you try the mixed grill and the hummus. It's just out of the world good!
Nice place to have Arabic food, smoking area also can provide one of the best shisha in Dubai
The service was delay as want to attend in the match time.
But overall the experience was good
Tasty food , preferred if it's served 🔥, the plates delay makes the food get cold
I know Al Hallab from Lebanon .
As I have been living in UAE for the past 20 years this restaurant is one of my to go places for every family celebration.
Great food! Great service! Enjoyed the experience a lot!
We cam here with my family and so far it was so fun and even kids can come . For the kids they can eat maybe eat some manakish and have French fries but this is just my pearsonal experience
Best Lebanese food.... Also, the mouth watering sweets.
The staff is always with smile on face even during the late hrs.
One must try and visit this place
This is truly one of the best (or even best) chicken shawarma sandwich i've had, not only in Dubai i mean, made with freshly baked bread, simply amazing.
A favorite destination for a Lebanese food. This restaurant has kept its standards consistent. The portions are generous and all food on the menu is recommended.
You cannot leave this restaurant without trying the tripoli deserts: halawat el jibin with Kashta, mafroukeh, karabeej.
Also try to have an authentic tripolitan breakfast here by trying the ka3keh with cheese kunafeh and tripoli lahmeh b3ajeen
Most people go here for the sweets. Wrong. The food is equally outstanding. If you're a vegetarian or a meat lover. They have something for everyone. The variety of Arabian sweets is just on a completely other level. This place gets full on the weekends and I suggest you get there on time. 30 minutes before lunch time which is around 1pm. Value for money is also a plus here. The only thing stopping me from giving it a complete 5 stars is the random and inconsistent attitude of some of the staff there.
A wonderful meat shawarma sandwich, wonderful bread, the amount of meat is very good, the taste is different from others in terms of quality and delicious taste. It is worth trying. I recommend it.
Mashallah, may God bless you, the restaurant is clean and classy and the food is very delicious 😋 May God grant them good health and all the employees who were not negligent with us and I thank Qais and Jan for their good treatment and wonderful service 💐
Shawarma is good
Hummus is excellent.
Ordinary fattah.
This shish tawook is normal.
A Lebanese restaurant offering many different types of oriental food and sweets
Such as appetizers: baba ghanoush, hummus, muhammara, and others, and salads such as fattoush, and delicious tabbouleh, and main dishes such as lamb, grilled meat, in addition to shawarma, burgers, and many other items.
There is an excellent place in front of it to park
The handling is good, and the cleanliness is excellent
One of the best Levantine restaurants in the Emirate of Dubai. A restaurant that maintains the quality of food and service. A restaurant worth a visit
The restaurant is more than wonderful in terms of service, and they are all smiling and welcoming and making you feel comfortable and with all respect. The food is more than delicious and the taste is wonderful. Honestly, there is no mistake. The teacher of hospitality honored us and our guest and embarrassed us with his generosity and hospitality. We will not forget the best baklava and dessert we have ever eaten.
