Great breakfast with everything you can imagine - amazing! Kailash Damodar and Shweta doing a perfect job, being extraordinarily kind with real smiles from the heart. You can enjoy your breakfast outside and those guys are aware of your desires.

We are staying here at the first collection business bay and they offer buffet breakfast at vyne restaurant. My family and I decided to try and they have a lot of bread, salad and breakfast options. I just wish they have rice too but it’s good. I recommend coming here at around 6-7AM for breakfast as there will be a long queue at the elevator. The atmosphere inside is cozy and they also have al fresco and pool views if you would like to. The service is good the staff Shweta and Racheal will make you feel comfortable and they are very sweet. Overall, I recommend having even one meal here.

Vyne stands out as the best restaurant around downtown, especially considering the value for the price. Highly recommend!

Such a great experience we had as a family. We came to celebrate the bday of our aunt and they took a really good care of us. The hospitality was in an another level. Buffet is one of the best forms for dinner. Today we visited this restaurant. Amazing variety of food, a lot of seafood, sushi, fish, vegetables, salads, fruits, sweets (even without gluten and made from almond flour). We were in the day when there was a special celebration! So there was a lot of fun! I loved it! Great atmosphere, kind and qualified waiters, delicious food, nice not loud music and good location in business bay!

Very good food. Sameh was extremely nice and gentle. He was always near us asking what do we want. Every dish is special: from potatoes with honey and cinnamon, to french style souffle of vegetables, to spicy chicken and Turkish pita! Not mentioning the hummus. Nice desserts and fruits! Nice dinner after a full day visiting breathtaking Dubai!

The hotel is an amazing establishment however there are a few things you should be aware of. Although the pool is an amazing size and beds are always available there is a reason for this. There is no sun after 11.30am. It goes behind the hotel and the pool is then fully shaded. Although still very warm if your a sun lover like me then this is a big disappointment. You then have to travel roughly half an hour to the nearest beach. You can book a free shuttle to the complimentary(if you have paid) hotel beach club and Although the picture does it full justice you also need to be aware that you can only use the beds on the beach and if you wish to use the luxury beds in the pictures you do have to pay for them. The satff: they honestly cannot do enough for you and nothing is ever too much trouble. We had Sameh continually asking us if our food was OK tonight and whether we are enjoying our stay. Tonight was Diwali and even though we had looked forward to the BBQ night since we had arrived, they changed the theme of the night with no notice around the hotel what so ever. Saying that the food was absolutely delicious and I just wish I had room to eat more. We tried the arabic night in the Aaliyah restaurant onsite and this was not the greatest experience. Service was slow, we were VERY over charged for the prawns we ordered and left after waiting almost 40 minutes for our dessert. We spoke with the supervisor who tried his best to get us to have a drink on them but by this time we just wanted to leave. We were greeted the next morning by the manager on shift who also apologised again for the bad service but nothing was mentioned about the over pricing of the prawns?? There is alot of construction work going on around and it is not easily accessible. Taxis are very cheap considering and they will always try and get you to take their own taxis. Please always use the loacls because they have massive targets to meet. Although this doesn't sound like the best review we did actually love staying at the hotel in general but only for the amazing sleep in the amazing bed. This hotel is not a sun trap for during the day!! We are still here for another day and I am loving staying in Dubai it's an amazing beautiful stunning country and it has made me feel so welcome. #ireallydontwanttogohome

Fabulous stay in this wonderful hotel. New, modern structure, with all comforts. Large and clean room, large and comfortable bed, with a spectacular view of the stables and the Burj al Arab. Very the pool area is beautiful, relaxing with relaxing music in the background and a view of the Burj Khalifa. Excellent breakfast, a truly rich buffet. The traditional lounge on the first floor is very beautiful in the evening. Also worth trying is the restaurant/pub on the ground floor. Very friendly staff and professional, available for any of our requests. A special thanks to UMESH and CHERRY, really kind and professional. Hotel that deserves 5 stars.
