I visited the oldest Egyptian restaurant in Sharjah, and I was truly amazed that this place existed without ever having heard of it before. Their food is authentic Egyptian and makes you feel as if you are eating in a real Egyptian home, prepared by an Egyptian grandmother. The service was very good, and all thanks to Brother Walid for his sincere service and generous spirit. I was also honored to meet the owner of the restaurant, Mr. Ahmed, who reflects his love for the place and its touch of authenticity. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for an authentic Egyptian experience.

Bilingual review The second review of the restaurant, I ordered half a kilo of kebab and half a kilo of kofta. The kebab was excellent. I consider the kofta to be the worst kofta I have ever eaten in my life. It is cold and the percentage of meat in it is very weak. It may be that it is mixed with soy. Really excellent, and the taste is authentic Egyptian. The seasoning is simple Egyptian, without any contrivances or extraneous spices. The entire staff is respectful and cheerful, even to non-Egyptians. The seating inside is simple. Do not expect anything luxurious, but at the same time, cleanliness and respect remind me of Egypt’s popular neighborhoods and the restaurants located inside authentic Egyptian neighborhoods.
