Mister Idli Pure Veg Restaurant is a recently refurbished South Indian restaurant in Abu Shagara, Sharjah . Its interior is bright, airy, and has an open kitchen kind where you can witness fresh juice, coffee and tea in making; even they have outside seating too. I came here for a Saturday breakfast with my family. -We started with Family dosa, for the first time in UAE had this big dosa comes with three kinds of chutney and sambar. the dosa was thin and crisp with the aroma of desi ghee but upon request they gave me potato masala too. -Then tried their house special podi idli, so basically mini idli tempered with small guntur chili and well coated with ghee and podi powder .. Must try . -Had raasa vada and sambar vada dip. For the first time I tried the raasa Vada, it's the crispiestdal vada dipped in the thin tangy rasam gravy, it was my fav; even the Sambar vada was an amazing one. - lastly had the Panchavarna uttapam, five kinds of uttapam with different topping cheese, dry fruit, carrot and onion and the podi. For refreshment I had the special goli soda and freshly squeezed sugar cane juice. The prices are super economical. Mister idli serves affordable 3 course meals starting from authentic South Indian breakfast followed by lunch, evening snacks and dinner. Overall, a perfect combo as an economy saver attached with consistent quality and quantity being its utmost paramount importance. They also offer quick home delivery.

One of our regular go to restaurants as we stay nearby. The ambience is decent for a family dine in. Food is good and affordable too. Most of the dishes are priced average except for few. I have never seen any staff being rude here. It's definitely not an awesome experience but sure it's not bad either. They are really doing good and open for suggestions. The mini tiffin that we usually have in Saravana Bhavan costs 26 dhs, Sangeetha Restaurant 24 dhs but here it's priced 16.... The taste differs but we need to accept that everything comes at a cost. You can definitely give a try.

Mister Idli is a fantastic vegetarian restaurant! The food here is not only delicious but also incredibly wholesome. I love the variety of idlis they offer, and their sambar is simply amazing. The staff is friendly and attentive, making the dining experience even better. Whether you're a vegetarian or just looking for a tasty, meat-free meal, Mister Idli is the place to go. Highly recommended!

It's a very good south indian restaurant, highly recommend it. Like other people say its not that costly. The way people say"OMG it's too pricy for me" and thier bill? Half the menu!. There's also some nostalgic products there like those rose milk, soan papdi, ingi mittai etc. There are some people who say that they have a abrupt and rude service ,like there are friendly people over there and people say they are RUDE!?!? 😑. This brings back my memories(which I dnt have). so yea overall its a good restaurant highly recommend it 👌

Veg restaurent . Most of the items are South Indian . Tried their Andhra masala dosa and rasa vada idli .. Items are tasty , price is average (ordered through smilies ). their chutney is delicious .. staff attitude is also good , cooperative .. recommended restaurent

A more homely place to visit. The chutney are prepared very nicely. Its not a big shot like Saravana but gives the best home cooked meal to anyone who visits. My personal recommendation is of the red chutney and the coconut chutney.

South indian themed restaurant. The food tastes good. Neat and tidy. I ordered a couple of mini tiffins. I didn't get all the items. Ironically, I wasn't served idlies as part of my mini tiffin at mr. Idli although they the pictures published by others show them in their plates. They didn't even explain why they couldn't serve idlies. The coffee tasted authentic. Not a bad place

Amazing Rasam. Amazing onion rawa sada. Staff is very cheerful, friendly and warm! They play good cartoons as well 🙂 Definitely a must try in Sharjah
