R. V.The following is my earlier review. They have apparently set right the system and now I get regular supply of water with no issues. As I said, I am a customer of this company for a long time and had never experienced any issue in the past. Good they have overcome the difficulties in a relatively short time. (My old review: No water supply for last 3 weeks. When called they promise to deliver the same day or the next day. But promises never kept. I am running out of water and also wonder what do I do with the prepaid coupons still left with me! This is a recent phenomenon and I experienced satisfactory service for more than 5 years. I don't know what has happened to them.)

K.To Start with i rate them 5 star as the day I moved into the new apartment, the representative from Oasis water - Fobiyan Farooq approached with the offer and made my deal very seamlessly with regular follow ups. I expect them to continue their service at all time. On the same note the mobile app of Oasis water is awful and needs an upgrade. There is no point in asking the permission for Mic, camera and storage access for the app which we just going to order a water bottle. when questioned them I got a funny answer that Android is asking as default. Come on guys pls grow up we all are using multiple apps from Talbot till Carrefour and none of these needs the access of ur mic and camera. Hence I sincerely ask the Oasis water to upgrade the app for all to install and make the experience seamless. Thanks.
