I came to your shop two days ago and after purchasing a lot of items I left one tomato sauce behind. Due to my experience with other supermarket I didn't have any expectations of what will happen should I decide to claim the item I left behind, so I went back a day after to purchase the tomato sauce again but when I got to the cashier's check point I decided to ask for the lady who served me the day I left my item behind. When she saw me she immediately recognized me and whiles serving other customers at a busy pace still made time to explain to the current cashier. To me, Clarifel did great and honestly she made my day. Now viva is my new supermarket. Thank you Clarifel for the amazing customer service and thank you to the other cashier Govind who was also patient and helpful . Because of them I enjoy my tomato sauce ✨✨✨
