A.I had two kanduras made one from telal, one from another tailor. Telal is a bit more expensive, but you get excellent service; they treated me so well compared to the other company. They were honest and upfront about the prices, which was in line with what I researched online.
By the way, your kandura must be tailored to look good. Don’t buy any cheap kandura from the souvenir shops. Here at Telal (or any decent tailor) you choose the material and design, and they take your body measurements. In my case they were able to make my kandura in under 72 hours while other tailors needed a week. Again, I felt the service was excellent, and what sets Telal apart from the others. They made sure I was happy with the result.
