V. U.Location wise, it's a great place to live. Multiple grocery stores, restaurants, and supermarkets near by. Sahara center is just a few minutes walk away and so is Al Nahda park. Even though this building doesn't have a gym, you can find one in the neighborhood. Doesn't have a swimming pool either. The overall management could be a bit better. It took more than a couple of weeks to solve AC related issues. Only families are allowed. It's a great place to live in.
