Jumbo opened this store recently. As I come to know about it I visited in Gitex period as I wanted to purchase a laptop for myself. They have wide range of electronics product eg. Mobiles , Laptops , Appliances, TV, Camera and all kind of related accessories. I found their staff Service amazing as they have good product knowledge. I met mr. Prakash in IT, he helped me to decide what was good for my need and I end up buying right machine for me. I highly recommend this place who want right solution related to their need in terms of Electronics.

I visited Jumbo this evening. Angel helped me. She is wonderful and very helpful. I am very happy dealing with her. She encouraged me to use this particular branch because of her services. I will recommend Jumbo to all my friends.

Honestly, there is a man named Kais Tunisian nationality. He is the only one who interacted with me when I wanted to return goods from the Dyson company. I wanted a humidifier. I mistakenly took a second device. No one helped except him. They all hesitated. Even the person in charge of them did not interact with me. I did not interact with me. I said in my mind, Okay, I will not buy a device either from Jumbo or Dyson. But Kais Tunisian, who works there, got up and called a manager who was responsible for him and the Dyson company. When I returned the goods. Frankly speaking, I hated your company. Jumbo, because of its employees, are afraid and unresponsive, but Qais, God willing, respects his job and is loyal to his work. I want Jumbo company officials to read this comment. If you want customers, you must satisfy the customer, otherwise the result will be negative for you.
