Suneth is great in his service and from his communication looks highly experienced in his job field . I bought fold 6 and he helped me alot. I wanted the specific color which was not available in the store and he arranged it from opposite samsung store. He explained me the features of the product unlike other stores I went and staff just informed me about the price and no further details provided. He also informed me about samsung care+ which ofcourse cost money but worth it for an expensive phone. 5 stars to his service level.
