New review 2025 Mr. Sohaib, the supervisor and the mechanic who worked on my car, this time for front suspension works, were extremely professional and looked after the specific complaints I had. They took a request to do the work and deliver the car on the same day which took almost all day. Even though the car wasn’t ready until closing time, they stayed at the garage to make sure the job was done and the car was handed over back to me. Appreciate the transparency in your dealings and hope you will continue to provide a high level of service. Last review in 2023 I’ve been coming here for 6 years now, and have had 4 service advisors, 2 of whom have already left. Each of them have talked me through the process answering all my questions before taking the vehicle in for any repair or service. My last visit was with Mr. Abdullah bin Jabber and he offered me flexible options that suited my needs. He also made sure everything was done properly before handing back the vehicle. The technical staff also did a great job accommodating my request every time I went there over the years. The only gripe I may have is it is not as cheap as one would expect but if you get the right advisor and mechanic, you can be sure of the quality of work.

My wife’s car had often suffered from severe vibrations during running. After all, rear brakes jammed & burned, caused leakage of brake fluid. The cause of the problem was ABS Module (ABR: Adaptive BRake system) failure. Stuck of the rear brakes might also be a cause. I could fix the problem at a reasonable price at Maraghi Auto Repairs. - exchaged ABS(HPU) Module, Rear calipers/pads/discs and got the SCN(S/W Calibration Number) coding. However I still have lingering affection that if we had known earlier, I could have fixed it sooner.

I serviced my car there. First of all, I would like to thanks Ashik, who was very diligent and committed to ensuring a clear message about the issues, highlighting the essential and nonessential changes and delivering as promised both in terms of timing and quality. Now to the experience. I have always maintained my car at the dealership but prices had been increasing consistently and given my car is 10 years old, I wanted to find an affordable substitute. This place gives you the feeling of a dealership garage but affordable rates. They use original spare parts. However, labour charges is a bit on the higher side compared to other garages (still much less than the dealership) but that’s expected given the quality and professionalism of their service. I have also used their body shop and the results were stellar. Highly recommended!
