I had an outstanding experience with Renault Body Shop Service, and I cannot recommend them highly enough. A special mention goes to Jameer, who provided exceptional support from start to finish. From the very beginning, Jameer was incredibly helpful and communicative, thoroughly explaining the entire process and setting clear expectations. He provided a specific timeframe for the repair but was kind enough to accommodate my request to expedite the process due to an urgent need. Although there were no guarantees, Jameer assured me that they would do their best to meet my request. To my delight, I dropped off my car on Friday, and by Tuesday afternoon, I received a call informing me that the car was ready for pickup! The quick turnaround exceeded my expectations and left me extremely happy and satisfied. Jameer’s dedication and professionalism truly stood out. His top-notch customer service made the entire experience seamless and stress-free. I hope the management recognizes Jameer’s hard work and commitment to excellence. Nothing outstanding. Had to unfortunately visit due to a dent on Koleos. The waiting time wasn’t much maybe 15-20 minutes on early morning Saturday. I had to drive from Fujairah as there are no authorised shops located here. So, I asked the call center if I can talk to someone in the shop so I can process the formalities faster, to which they outright denied. Anyhow drove to the shop and as part of the process they took pictures after which they need to apply for insurance approval- they told me it would take about a week and I will have to drive back again once approval is received. No call received so I called them and they told yes approval received so drop off your car. Drove again from Fujairah and dropped off the car. No timeline provided for the repair and I was informed they will call me once they complete the damage assessment. Again no text or message received so I called after three days, they said it would take two weeks. I requested if they can try to give the Car early as I need it urgently due to a medical reason. No leeway or acknowledgement provided. Finally car received with some extra costs added for parts replacement. While dropping off earlier asked them to touch up paint on the front bumper, this request was just ignored. Repair was fine, customer communication has lots of room for improvement. If u live in Fujairah, do not buy a Renault! I regret it everyday as a service center is not available.
