H. F. M.very good service by Mr Afroz. I came with complain and he resolved my issue with very politely and professionally. and please teach some professionalism to you reception staff also they are not good to handle customer.
A. K.I m v happy with the sevice provided by Mashreq... i had only one card but never faced any issue in any process... but unfortunately for some financial reasons i have closed the card and near future i love to take sevices from mashreq once any branch opens in RAK.

A. S.Fatima from the was more helpful than a bunch of 12 person that I called from the call center. She solve in 1 mn what 12 people couldnt solve in 10 days. So this rating does not go to mashreq it goes only to Fatma at the reception. @mashreq you can promote her and fire the 12 people I complained to.
