I had a problem with a false withdrawal by a transfer application and it was by mistake made an hold to an amount and unfortunately i wasn't have money in my account except that was falsely withdraw or holded, but after return the hamriya branch and especially to Mr. Muhamed Riyas who actually did his best to return me back my funds and following me untill i get them already at same day, really i appreciate him a lot and appreciate his effort.
