Busy lounge yet it’s immaculately clean and love the scent. Service is very warm and attentive. Rayanne the Arabic guy is very prompt, genuine and friendly. Looks like the staffs are enjoying their work. The Address coffee is perfect to my taste. Kudos!

I had an issue adding photos, but i'm been to lounge at the address downtown for several occasions and lately to celebrate valentine with friends. We had afternoon tea at the beautiful lounge, i like the food and coffee there, and the vibes and the spacious space is something I always look for. It was a bit crowded than usual, but we still enjoyed it. I loved the red roses everywhere! We will come back soon.

We checked our luggage early and went to the lounge prior to our departure after a round of shopping. Hossam and his staff were fantastic. Accommodating, friendly, and willing to serve. Expertly poured champagne and some delicious appetizers rounded out our day. beautiful view of the Burj as well!

Their staff have top service, we follow that we get home to our new family. The lifeguards, pool staff and waiters at the swimming pool have top service that we have not seen anywhere else in the world, and the pool is always clean and tidy. The service staff down by their lounge also provide the best service and are always ready with a smile
