The place is nice and well arranged even when its overloaded and full of people. The espresso shake signature was delicious. Staff are supportive, Kareem was very helpful when we were standing he provided us with table and chairs when there is not.

Lovely cafe. The staff are super friendly. I ordered the avocado and toast with iced V60. It's the best avocado and toast I've had! I will definitely be visiting this beautiful spot again.

Today I was served by Salman, he is one of the most hardworking people I have ever met, this has a good soul to him and really loves his work, I really liked how friendly he is with all of the customers and really helpful, he has knowledge and what he is talking about when he recommends you something of the menu, he has good energy in him, respectful, full of manners, hence the whole team are really cooperative and working together as one hand, even after getting my order he came back to my table and asked me if the order is correct and if it is the way I like, he even smiles to every customer and serves them with full spirit and joy, god bless him, he recommended me to try the new beans for the espresso based drinks he guided me that the beans are less acidic then the other 2 available currently which I really loved and enjoyed, cortado was perfect, the atmosphere of the cafe was warm and relaxing as well, I really recommend.

Everything was wonderful and don’t mind a lot about the Karens with negative comments. Here you will find Coffee from people that understand it. The desserts were also great. The decoration and location viewing the canal was amazing.

I love going to cartel! I’m not a big coffee person, but I always get some at this place. Myriad of selection of beans and the staff are very friendly. Only criticism to me is that the service can be quiet slow during peak hours, however, i’m sure they’ll fix that in the long run. i’ve tried their costa rican, ethiopian, and kenyan beans. i’d recommend the costa rican beans.

Food: I ordered Turkish eggs, I think, with labneh, 8-10 They told us that the porridge was new and acceptable, 9-10 Mixed berry drink with no taste 3-10 My comment on the cleanliness of the place. We sat in the indoor floor seating (mattresses) and things piled up on the floor, showing that they were from a long time ago. The tables were dirty, and I swear I thought the table design was so stained😂 The wallpaper in front of you is falling apart. The same tables are fixed and the chairs are uncomfortable. But most people praise their coffee for our experience, God willing.

Location 📍 It is located on the canal walkway, and in general it is wonderful and it is recommended to visit it, especially in the winter. The decor is very nice and calm, and the chairs are partly comfortable and partly uncomfortable for me. They have seating inside and outside, and I think the tables outside are more and very beautiful. Coffee ☕️ I ordered a hot V60, very beautiful and excellent quality as usual.
