I recently purchased my brand new MG One from Cars24 on September 9, 2024. While I had heard positive feedback from friends who also bought their cars from Cars24, my experience had several areas that could benefit from improvement. Vehicle Cleanliness: Upon delivery, the vehicle was not adequately cleaned. There was noticeable dust in the engine compartment, and the interior cleaning did not meet the expectations for a new car. Missing Items: I noticed that the fire extinguisher was absent at the time of delivery. Although it was provided later, it was not the same model typically included with new vehicles. Additionally, I have yet to receive the mechanical key, which remains unresolved. Delivery Experience: The delivery area was quite basic, set up in a tent, which did not create the exceptional experience one would expect for a new car purchase. A more inviting and professional delivery environment, complete with traditional touches such as a red ribbon, would greatly enhance the overall customer experience. I hope that Cars24 considers this feedback to improve their services for future customers. Thank you for your attention to these matters.
